Séjour d’une nuit seulement; personnel gentil et accueillant, très belle vue, bon emplacement, chambre propre.

Wiele podróżuję po świecie. Jest to hotel z mojej pierwszej trójki najlepszych. Odbiór z lotniska, o g. 3 nad ranem w hotelu - miłe spotkanie z młodym Panem Abdullachem. Pomoc, wszelkie wyjaśnienia. Ten Pan nas powitał i po dwóch tygodniach pobytu też nas w imieniu Hotelu (pomagając z bagażami) pożegnał. Bardzo dobra dobrana obsada personalna - od pracowników recepcji (pełna pomoc, wsparcie, zamawianie taksówek - szybko i sprawnie, pełna informacja turystyczna - co gdzie - wydruk stacji metra etc.), po osoby sprzątające. Im też trzeba poświecić uwagę. Dzień w dzień sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników, dostawa wody -pełna życzliwość. Pokoje z klimatyzacją, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Kwestia śniadań od g. 7 do 10. Inne hotele mogłyby brać przykład - bardzo dobra kawa, jedzenie, słodkości, owoce, soki. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Hotel dobrze skomunikowany z miastem, położenie obok bazaru - który bardzo kusi... Bardzo dziękujemy obsłudze, szczególnie Panu Abdullachowi z recepcji za pomoc, wyjaśnienia dot. miasta, zabytków, możliwości skorzystania z jego uroków. Z pewnością polecimy hotel swoim znajomym jako doskonałe miejsce do pobytu w Taszkiencie. Było warto spędzić tu ponad dwa tygodnie. Miło i przyjemnie. Hotel wart uwagi, jego władze zasługuję na pełen szacunek za profesjonalizm.

大変満足。ここを選んで良かったと思う。

貸切のサウナとスパは、とても快適だった。家内と2人でとてもリラックスした。朝食も種類が多く、とても満足。

中心街からは少し外れている。Yandex Goを使えば全く問題ないけれど。

Pros:

This is a very good hotel, conveniently located near to Chosru bazar & the Metro station. Very clean with excellent breakfast. Stuffs were amazing, Mohammed was outstanding, he went beyond and above to help us.

Pros:

Il personale che ci ha accolto, in particolare un ragazzo giovane con i capelli chiari, é stato molto gentile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Ci ha fornito acqua fresca in ogni momento della giornata e ci ha aiutati con le indicazioni stradali e i taxi.
L'ultimo giorno di vacanza, nonostante non pernottassimo all'hotel in quanto in arrivo da Kiva, ci ha tenuto le valigie per un ultima visita alla città.
Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose con aria cindizionata. Inoltre, il primo giorno essendo arrivati in anticipo ci ha offerto la colazione anche se non inclusa.
Nota positiva anche per la piscina e spa che include bagno turco e sauna.
Estremamente consigliato.

My stay at Marwa Hotel Pool & Spa was unfortunately a mixed experience. The biggest positive was the staff - they were absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.

Location was also quite good. Close to the Bazar and the Islamic civilisation culture.

The room itself was spacious and had good natural light. Water was provided throughout the stay, which was a massive plus.

Cons:

The shower was clean, but it needed maintenance as the water did not drain properly, leaving you standing in a puddle, which was unpleasant.

The breakfast was one of the weaker points. Although there was a selection available, the quality and freshness were disappointing. The cheese looked tired and had clearly been sitting out for some time. The fruit selection looked appealing, but unfortunately it did not taste fresh, and even the plums seemed old and not properly washed. In the end, I mainly had two boiled eggs each morning.

However, the main issue is that the hotel’s branding creates expectations (pool, spa, breakfast, comfort) that the experience does not meet. While a pool and sauna are available, they can only be accessed by appointment, which is inconvenient for travellers with sightseeing plans. When I eventually used the spa facilities, the saunas were disappointing — both felt stuffy and were simply not hot enough to meet proper sauna standards. Also, the gym is dated but usable if you only need space for a basic workout. However, the lack of air conditioning in the basement makes exercising in Tashkent’s 45-degree summer heat almost impossible.

Najlepszy hotel w Taszkencie
Pros:

Na największe uznanie zasługuje personel - zawsze uśmiechnięty i spieszący z pomocą. Panowie na recepcji zawsze o nas dbali - nie było problemu z pozostawieniem bagażu, wcześniejszym zameldowaniem czy rezerwacją basenu. Hotel jest piękny a pokoje bardzo wygodne. Na pewno zatrzymamy się tu jeśli wrócimy do Taszkentu.

Obsługa hotelu cudowna i pomocna. Chcieliśmy obejrzeć mecz mundialowy, więc przynieśli nam nowy telewizor do pokoju. Basen, sauna i hammam na wyłączność to duży plus. Ładny pokój, wygodne łóżka.
