Perfect location both if you commute using a city transport (metro) or a taxi. Also, great location if you would like to do shopping at a big local market (I recommend visiting it at least for a sightseeing, it’s worth it). Tashkent City area is within an easy reach by metro - a great place for an evening walk.
Super friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. In addition to a stay related questions, they helped me to order Tashkent famous samsa (bakery with meet) and its delivery to the hotel. My family was happy to get this eatable souvenir from Uzbekistan next day. We got valuable advices about the places to eat nearby and where to buy some specific cosmetics I was asked to bring from Uzbekistan.
We enjoyed the free-of-charge SPA facilities during the hottest time of the day.
Clean room, all toiletries available, as well as tea-coffee making set.
We liked the beds, high and soft ones.
Drinking water is offered at the arrival. We were offered a pot of tea (free of charge!) when seated in the inner garden and having our own snacks.

Buon albergo vicino al bazar. La ragazza alla reception sempre accogliente sorridente gentile ma soprattutto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Buona la colazione anche se c'è spazio per migliorarla . Spa piccola ma privata. Ottimo il wifi

Everything was perfect. Akbar in reception was so nice and kind. I was rewarded with an early check-in and breakfast upon arrival. The spa facilities are super nice and the room was bright, spacious and clean. Overall, a super stay. 10000% recommended.

The hotel is perfectly located for when you want to do some sightseeing in Tashkent. The Chorsu market, Hazrati mosque and the Islamic civilization center -all a must see in the city- are only a 10-20min walk or short taxi drive away. The hotel is clean and staff very attentive. We made use of the 1hr private spa booking (free of charge) to relax after a full day of sightseeing. We would definately come back.

Прекрасный отель, очень уютный. Расположение удобное, до любого необходимого нам места добирались за 15-20 минут на такси. Большое разнообразие на завтраке. Вежливый персонал готовый в любую минуту придти на помощь. Шикарные зоны СПА с бассейном и джакузи.

Hotel molt ben situat, modern, amb habitacions grans, sempre molt netes i amb llits molt còmodes. Bon esmorzar i accés gratuït (1 hora) a la zona spa. Ens hi hem allotjat les dues vegades que hem estat a Tashkent. El personal és molt amable i atent.

Estancia corta pero muy agradable. Habitación funcional, moderna y limpia. Desayuno bueno y suficiente. El servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto muy conveniente. El personal es atento, educado, eficiente, y muy, muy amable -sin duda, lo mejor del hotel-. A un paseo de pocos minutos del bazar y con un supermercado cerca.

This is a fantastic property. We rented a family room, which is a couple of rooms connected through a small central common hall. Both rooms had comfortable beds and a very good size. The pool & spa aspect of this property is what sets it apart. We booked two different spaces, at no additional cost. On the night of our arrival, at 9:30pm and after a lot of walking, we booked a private area with a small pool and a sauna. It was heaven. The next day we booked the area of the larger pool. We liked better the first experience, but the second was also good. Excellent and varied breakfast. But like anywhere else in Uzbekistan, the staff at the reception made our stay so much better. What a great service. They gave us water, tea, and coffee in copious amounts. They made sure we knew where we were going and what to do in the city. They doubled check that our taxi was taking us to the right train station as we departed to Bukhara.
