J’ai réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner pour un séjour de 4 jours pour les affaires. Arrive le 3e jours pendant que je prends mon petit déjeuner le personnel me demande mon numéro de chambre que je communique comme d’habitude, à ma grande surprise ils me font comprendre que je n’ai pas droit au petit déjeuner, ce qui est faux car lors de l’enregistrement le personnel me confirme que j’ai bien petit déjeuner inclus c’était même écris sur le récapitulatif qu’elle m’a remis.
Ils me font alors comprendre qu’il y a eu un problème dans la réservation et que je vais devoir régler le petit déjeuner en plus. Je leurs ai dit que ce n’était pas mon problème à moi car je n’en suis pas responsable. Sur Booking j’ai payé une chambre avec petit déjeuner et que même sur le récapitulatif qu’ils m’ont communiqué c’est écris par leurs propres personnels. Ils ne veulent pas entendre et me fait clairement comprendre que c’était un beug. Je trouve ça vraiment grave, car si j’étais quelqu’un qui me laissais faire ils m’auraient fait payé une deuxième fois malgré les preuves.

Завтрак, красивый холл, бассейн, удобная кровать, трансфер до выставки, вид из окна!

номера старые, плесень, запах канализации из кондиционера, расположение очень далеко от всего, в шаговой доступности негде обедать и ужинать кроме ресторана отеля, до ближайшего кафе нужно ехать далеко. И вообще все далеко. В последний день мы не попадали на завтрак, из-за раннего отъезда, попросили ланч боксы с собой, сказали что не могут этого предоставить(((. КОМАРЫЫЫЫЫЫЫ ужас, за такие деньги ну положите вы приборчик от комаров какой-нибудь в номере!!!!! Самое главное депозит не платите картой, лучше наличными, так как нам не вернули его до сих пор!!!! К ВНИМАНИЮ СОТРУДНИКАМ ОТЕЛЯ И БУКИНГА!!!!!
