Good location and something to be desired
Pros:

I like the location very much, it is close to major attractions, Opera, Royal Museum. Plaza Major.

The free bus 001 stops right by the main door of the hotel, and it takes us to the train station (for Barcelona).

We have T-casual, and ended up using few.

The room was quiet during the night, we got good sleep.

Cons:

The hairdresser was missing, I need to get down to the reception to ask for one.

The power socket in the living room is NOT working. There are two there, one is used for lamp. I automatically plug my charger into the free one, it doesn't work. I needed to unplug the lamp, and used that socket instead to charge my MacBook.

The another thing, the bathroom door and room door need some oil. That squeak at night is particularly bothering.

All these things are easy to fix.

Very convenient location. Large size apartment, nicely decorated and very quiet.
Pros:

The apartment was really spacious and tastefully decorated. It's probably one of the most quiet places I have ever stayed in. The ceilings were sound proofed so we didn't hear anyone above us - perfect for sleeping off jetlag after a long flight. The beds were comfortable too. The windows were also double glazed which blocked out street noise which was great, as the apartment is located on a very busy main road - like the equivalent of Oxford Street in London.

Cons:

The kitchen only had very basic utensils and minimal crockery provided. There was no toaster, kettle, microwave or dishwasher which was inconvenient as we had to boil water on the stove to make a cup of tea, grill bread in the oven to make toast and were constantly having to wash up due to the limited number of plates, glasses provided etc And there was no washing machine on site, despite the Booking.com description saying that there was one. Not helpful when travelling on a long trip!

Pros:

Localização muito boa. Quarto limpo e agradável

Cons:

Faltou espelho de corpo inteiro na acomodação. E a cortina que é feita de porta de armário é muito inconveniente para abrir. Acho que um quarto tão moderno, merece pelo menos uma porta no armário.

Se necesita, más tacto, para decir al cliente (No) el personal deberían de seleccionarle, Empatia.

Excelente apartamento, excelente el personal, todo fue increíble, el personal que me atendió, me ayudo, en un apartamento, que tuviera vistas, ya que eran muchos días, soy cliente de años
