Simply excellent
Pros:

The whole hotel is amazing. The staff were so lovely and kind and we felt very comfortable at the Steigenberger. The rooms are nice and clean and we had fantastic room. It was my birthday during the trip and I got a surprise cake which was very sweet!

High quality services in a pleasant environment with a wonderful setting on the Nile.
Pros:

The view was spectacular, and the housekeeping servicies were exceptional. The staff was very accommodating, including the front desk and reception staff, security and housekeeping services.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view of the Nile was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our visit. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service throughout our stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom, which was not very convenient in terms of its layout and functionality. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Muy bueno, con personal excelente en su atención, ubicación, relación precio calidad y sumado a eso una vista hacia el Nilo super espectacular, atardecer sobre el Nilo, es de película.

Cons:

Perdieron mis maletas al chek out y las entregaron a un bus de otro pasajero .Tuve que exigir y esperar 1 hora el regreso de las maletas.

It depends on the rooms. rooms overlooking the plaza are old and not great, rooms with a nile view are renovated, clean and have better amenities, larger tvs etc..
