Great place and location, painful check-in process.
Pros:

Location was great, next to a U2 train station, not too close, but close enough. It has AC, everything was very clean, modern, comfortable beds, good size, the basement has laundry. We really liked everything about the place.

Cons:

The check-in process could hardly have been more painful.

They sent a message through Booking.com asking guests to fill out several forms, almost like checking in for an international flight. So you'd better make sure not only that you have cell service and battery life on your phone, but also access to your email through your phone or some other device. Otherwise, good luck, you may find yourself stuck outside.

The customer service representative (who was very nice, by the way) answered my call, but unfortunately the conversation went nowhere, she reminded me Rain Man movies, almost autistic behavior, not getting the point. I kept telling her, "I just flew in from overseas and didn't have a chance to read the Booking.com messages." She claimed she couldn't understand my English, yet her English seemed good enough to understand me when I said that the rental had been paid in full and that I was standing outside with my family needing the key.

She repeatedly asked, "What's the problem?" and I repeatedly explained, in several different ways, "I'm here with my entire family waiting outside. That's the problem."

At one point, I asked whether the instructions were in the Booking.com message. She said "no, the forms were there", but the actual instructions would only be sent afterward by email. So, after a lot of back-and-forth, I finally learned that the process was: first complete the forms through a link sent via Booking.com, and only then receive the check-in instructions by email. I have no idea why she couldn't say that in two sentences.

I found this system rather ridiculous. A few years ago, my U.S. Sprint PCS phone didn't work in Europe at all. Also, if I had booked this stay for my elderly parents, they could easily have been stranded outside until they managed to contact me.

Once you understand the process, the rest is easy enough.

Alles in allem aber war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Super sauber und sehr still

Sehr sauber und super gelegen. Zu Fuß sehr viel erreichbar bzw. auch U3 direkt in der Nähe

Cons:

Lieder keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator. War bei den heißen Tagen schon etwas unangenehm.

No ventilation, poorly supplied (only one knife), we booked for two weeks and were given no garbage bags, inadequate supplies. Fans took several days to be delivered in extreme heat.

gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

die Lage in 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn Station Prater-Messe ist sehr gut. Insbesondere wenn man in das Ernst Happel Stadion möchte. Auch in den Prater, dem Museumsquartier u.a. kommt man mit der Linie U2 schnell und gut.

In direkter Nähe (5 Minuten Fußweg) findet man einen Lidl, Spar und Hofer (Aldi). Die Wohnung ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit der Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber und gut gereinigt.
Bei aller Kritik, ich bin mit der Ferienwohnung zufrieden und würde dort wieder anmieten wenn ich wieder in Wien bin.

Cons:

Die Tür der Spülmaschine hat nicht geschlossen, dass hätte dem housekeeping direkt auffallen müssen. Das war schon offensichtlich, als ich das Appartement betreten habe. Ich habe keine Lust in meinem Urlaub Geschirr spülen zu müssen.

Da in den Appartements das Rauchen verboten ist, darf man sich bei Regen durch die Raucher im direkten Eingangsbereich durcharbeiten.

Die Duschtür schließt nicht richtig und es läuft Wasser in das Bad.
Ich finde, man hätte auch ruhig 1 zusätzlichen Müllbeutel hinterlassen können.
