Excellent choice close to Messe Wien and Prater.
Pros:

Excellent location, flexible check-in, relatively late check-out.

Cons:

While I understand the reason why there is not even salt & pepper in the kitchen, there are many, many ways to work around.

overall, very nice place to stay in to visit Vienna. however, heat in the appartment was unexpected.

vienna residence is advertised as with air conditionning, but not all appartment have air conditionning. Ours was not climatized, it was 30 degrees in the appartment...

Tesisin konumu harika. U2 metrosunun messe prater durağı yürüyerek 2-3 dakika. Bu metro ve bağlantılı U1, U3 ve U4 metrosu ile heryer yakın. Biz 4 yetişkin 1 çocuk kaldığımız için en üst kattaki iki yatak odalı dairede kaldık ve oldukça genişti Bulaşık makinesi, ütü ve masası, mikrodalga fırın, çokça tabak ve bardak var. Tencere tava yetersiz biraz ama var. Tertemiz teslim edildi.

Good apartment, some small improvements will really lift this place up
Pros:

Prater is out of the main tourist area, but near the historic showgrounds and very near to a U-bahn station which will get you to basically anywhere you want to go in Vienna. Neighborhood is very safe, is not noisy and has ample shops, cafes and restaurants within easy reach (2 mins walk tops). Apartment was clean, spacious and functional. A/c worked very well as hot when we stayed there in July. Lift operated well, which was good as we were on the top floor.

Cons:

No washer/dryer in room, but they had a communal laundry in the basement that was free to use. Mattresses on beds were a bit firm for my liking, that is personal preference. The apartment furnishing were very basic and could of done with a bigger couch and other furnishings in the rooms. Toilet room needs a mirror, and bathroom could of done with more towel racks. Provided amenities like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets were minimal, meaning anyone staying longer than 2-3 days with 3 or more people will need to buy additional supplies. If you arrive on a Sunday, find a place to eat out as the shops don't open that day.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the luxury apartment, there was 1 fan for the two bedrooms. We were there for 3 days in the summer, even at night it was 32 degrees in the apartment. We asked for another fan, but we didn't get it. The induction hob didn't work1. In the apartment next door, people were smoking with the door open. We often visit Vienna, we won't return to this accommodation. Not good value for money.
