Worst hotel ive ever been .

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Room, but sadly, my room had no hot water. For the entire 3-day stay, my family and I had to walk to another room just to take a shower. This is completely unacceptable.

I called reception to report the issue, but nobody came to check. In the end, I had to go down to the reception myself, and all they did was give me another room key card so we could use the shower in a different room.

I even asked if it was possible to change rooms, but the other room had problems too.

If your rooms are not properly maintained and ready for guests, why are you still accepting bookings? Guests pay for a comfortable stay, not the inconvenience of having to walk to another room just to shower.

This experience has made me question the quality of your service and room maintenance. It feels like a complete rip off, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Very poor service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
