Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Loved that the breakfast included vegan/vegetarian options as this is hard to find.

Cons:

The only thing would be the location but this is really a minor thing - it's a good 15-20 minute walk to the main part of My Khe Beach. But there are restaurants and bars here too. Speaking bars, the ones across the road are quite loud and play music past midnight. My two kids, partner and I slept fine though.

Vị trí thuận tiện đi mọi khu vực, phòng sạch sẽ, view biển siêu đẹp luôn. Mà đồ ăn sáng ít đồ VN quá à, chủ yếu là đồ tây.
Mà thang máy đợi lâu lắc ah, có 4 cái mà lúc nào cũng trong tình trạng chật cứng, chắc do mùa du lịch.

Маленькое количество лифтов на большое количество почитателей. Еда - среднего качества и недостаточно для такого количества проживающих (фрукты выносили редко, рыба была пару раз за 2 недели). Персонал заставляет писать положительные отзывы, игнлоируя недостатки, тем самым у отеля высокий рейтинг, который не соответствует действительности

Расположение отличное! Напротив минимаркет, рядом ювелирный магазин, где меняли деньги, курс хороший. До пляжа идти 7 минут. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности.
Из минусов ужасная ванная! Она постоянно текла! Помыться и не устроить потоп - это прям праздник! Хочу сразу сказать, что проблема не в подключении ванной, а в ее установке! Кант ванной выше чем место ее установка. Соответственно, по этому месту установки вся вода стекала на пол.
Сотрудники отеля это вообще отдельная тема! Вроде все милые, доброжелательные…… но оооочень медлительные и плохо понимающие. Попросили дополнительные вешалки (кстати мест хранения в номере было мало! Вещи сушить было негде!) сотрудники несли их около часа! Несколько раз звонили на ресепшен и напоминании. И вот так они работают постоянно! Уборке приходилось постоянно объяснять что нужно сделать (помыть полы, заменить полотенце и тд).
В целом впечатление хороше от отеля.
Завтраки обычные, всегда можно что-то выбрать для себя.
