There was no kettle in the room. The room was also very noisy, as it was located above the cafeteria where early morning conversations were loud. Children were running and screaming late into the evening, and on one night people even set off fireworks directly beneath the balcony.

There were not enough towels provided. When I informed the owner, she said she did not have the keys to the laundry room and only had access to the card payment machine (POS). After initially sending people to knock on my door asking for cash, even though the booking did not mention that cash payment was required, she returned the following day. I explained that she already had my booking details and could process the payment accordingly. Instead, she insisted on charging me in Albanian lek rather than the euros shown on my booking, which resulted in me paying more than expected.

I had booked a sofa bed for my son, but what was provided was an extremely uncomfortable sofa with no bedsheets and only a pillowcase for the pillow. When I raised the issue, I was rudely told that it was the size of a single bed, without any attempt to resolve the problem.

Our stay at Lake View Rooms Ksamil was truly exceptional and felt very relaxing and private from the very beginning.

The location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet stay away from the busy city center, while still being just a short and easy walk to reach it. It offers the ideal balance between privacy and convenience.

Check-in was smooth and effortless, and the host was very friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. We felt well taken care of and had a great overall experience from start to finish.

The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, with a beautiful interior and well-thought-out amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The balcony was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing evening sit-outs and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Overall, it felt like a perfect getaway. The combination of privacy, comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality made our stay truly special. We would highly recommend Lake View Rooms Ksamil and would happily return again.

Tutto è stato perfetto, dalla posizione tranquilla della struttura (si può raggiungere il centro con una breve passeggiata o 3 minuti in macchina) alla pulizia delle camere, dotate di ogni comfort. Il proprietario Ervis è stato subito pronto a risolvere un mio problema, super gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo! Consigliatissimo☺️

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel moderne de Ksamil. Très confortable, très propre et au style épuré ! Ervis a été incroyable de A à Z : il nous a recommandé plusieurs restaurants et plages à visiter en haute saison, et toutes étaient excellentes. Il était aussi extrêmement accessible par WhatsApp et nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Bien que l'hôtel ne soit pas en plein centre de Ksamil, il restait facilement accessible à pied, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être un peu à l'écart de l'agitation touristique de la haute saison ! La vue donne surtout sur les terres et maisons avoisinantes, avec le lac visible mais plus en retrait — un peu différente de ce à quoi on s'attendait, mais le cadre reste charmant et le parking à proximité est un vrai plus. Nous y retournerons si l'occasion se présente de revenir dans ce magnifique pays qu'est l'Albanie, et nous le recommandons chaudement.

Although the apartments are about a 15-minute walk from the beach, this place is perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and crowds and simply enjoy nature. The area is peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, no matter the time of day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave so soon. We wish we had booked another week!
