A very disappointing stay, with misleading booking information, poor cleanliness, and unhelpful comm
Pros:

Nothing. The experience was very poor, and at one point the host stopped answering my calls when I tried to contact them about the issue.

Cons:

The room was not what I booked, and I found the listing misleading. It stated that the room was suitable for two adults, but when booking there was no clear option to book for two adults. After booking, the host came back asking for an extra £40.

The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The bathroom was disgusting, with black mould around the bath. The rubbish bin in the toilet was full of used toilet paper waste, and the bin in the bathroom also had rubbish in it. This gave the clear impression that the room and bathroom had not been properly cleaned before my stay.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not match the listing or basic standards of hygiene.
