A Truly Memorable Stay

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We were especially fortunate to be welcomed by a lovely young man named Aaron. From the very beginning, Aaron was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. He made us feel genuinely valued and went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and cared for. That evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant on Level 9, where we were looked after by a wonderful staff member named Son. When we returned to our room after dinner, we were greeted by the most beautiful surprise. There was an exquisite plate prepared for us, with “Sweet Dreams” beautifully piped in chocolate, surrounded by delicate rose petals, a flower stem, red chocolate curls and two gold-wrapped chocolates. Alongside it was a beautiful handwritten note, written in a style that looked almost like calligraphy. We later discovered that the beautiful note had been written by Aaron himself. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and something we will remember for a long time. One particular moment really demonstrated just how caring Aaron is. One evening, my husband went out to look for a particular store. After noticing that he had been gone for some time, Aaron became concerned and went outside the front of the hotel, looking up and down the street to see if he could spot him. We were genuinely touched by this. It is not something you would necessarily expect from hotel staff, and it spoke volumes about the kind of person Aaron is and the level of care he gives to his guests. Aaron is an absolute asset to the hotel, and we sincerely hope that his hard work, dedication and exceptional approach to guest service are recognised and appreciated by the hotel's management and owners. Employees like Aaron are incredibly valuable because they create experiences that guests remember long after they have left.

Zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy w Wietnamie. Wysoki standard nie tylko wyposażenia, ale również obsługi. Pracownicy hotelu robią wszystko żeby hotelowi goście czuli się jak najlepiej. Śniadanie - duży wybór, wszystko wysokiej jakości, do tego bardzo dobra kawa. Jeśli ktoś nie przepada za typowo azjatyckim śniadaniem, to również będzie zadowolony - sporo opcji typowo europejskich. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokój był duży,łazienka również. Całość pięknie urządzona. Można łatwo dotrzeć wszędzie na nogach lub Grab. Podsumowując polecam hotel w 100% nie tylko za samo miejsce, ale przede wszysykim za atmosferę, którą tworzą ludzie tam pracujący.

Wspaniala obsługa.Recepcje w Europie powinny uczyc sie od nich obsługi klienta.Super restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem
Pokoje bardzo czyste i duże. Byliśmy we trójkę z 11 letnia córeczka która miała swoj rownienduzy pokój co nasz z łóżkiem małżeńskim.

Service is helpful friendly

A deep appreciation to The Legend Hotel Hanoi for their charming hospitality. ❤️ I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly has a special place in my heart.

The staff were 💯 amazing, especially Ruby and Lian were hands down to her service! All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. They always made sure we were well looked after and enjoying our stay.

The breakfast had so many choices, and they even had pho for breakfast, which I really enjoyed! They also had vegan and halal options, so you never have to worry about what to eat.

The room was definitely one of the main highlights—spacious, lovely, and very clean. The location was also perfect! It was accessible and convenient, but not too crowded.

Take my word for it, this hotel is worth every penny. **10/10!** 💯

El alojamiento es espectacular, el personal de la recepción es la gente más maja que he visto en mi vida. De verdad que nunca me habían tratado así de bien en un hotel, 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Legend. It is a beautiful property in Hanoi’s French Quarter, with lots of character and a lovely atmosphere. The location was excellent and the hotel felt like a very pleasant place to come back to after exploring Hanoi.

A special mention has to go to Ruby on the front desk, who was absolutely delightful. She was vivacious, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, with excellent English and always a huge smile. Even her fabulous nails deserve a mention! 😊 She really added something special to our experience and very kindly gave us gift bags when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch.

I would definitely stay at The Legend again whenever I am in Hanoi.

Notre séjour à l'hotel "The Légend" de Hanoi a été une belle expérience.
Nous y sommes restés 10 jours en tout.
L'attention du personnel, le soin porté à notre confort et notre bien-être est la principale qualité.
Les prestations sont excellentes, le confort de la chambre, le service de blanchisserie, ...
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bar en rooftop le soir et la piscine.
