Pros:

Cet hotel est incroyable ! On fait le checkin avec un tea time d'acceuil. Le petit dejeuner est super bon et complet. En plus du buffet il y a un menu avec des plats spéciaux. il y en a pour tous les regimes même du halal. Les employés sont vraiment gentils et à l'écoute. Tous les jours un tea time est servi gratuitement. Apres mon checkout jai pu laisser mes valises car mon vol etait à 20h et j'ai profiter de la ville. À mon retour à l'hotel jai pu participer à un cours de cuisine gratuitement, prendre une douche et prendre le goûter.

Cons:

J'ai vraiment tout aimé. L'emplacement n'était pas idéal pour moi mais c'est mon choix d'avoir pris cet hôtel je ne regrette pas.

Pros:

The staff is very professional and the room was very clean.
The staff is honest too as I forget money in the room after checking out which they returned. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi.

very comfortable room and bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Would be helpful to have a little shade around the roof top pool.
View from rooftop was a little disrupted by the construction opposite, but no problem with noise.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Personal. Die Lage ist nahe der Altstadt und der Neustadt.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit offener Verbindung. Für eine Familie ideal.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und Jimmy von der Rezeption ist außergewöhnlich.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch hier die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Suppe und Eiergerichte wurden frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Leider hatten wir mehrere Personen als Nachbarn die die Zimmertüren offen ließen und von einem Zimmer ins Andere kommunizierten und meinten sie hätten ein Appartement. Dazu kann das Hotel natürlich nichts - lag einzig am Benehmen der Gäste.
