This is for the presidential suite, as a world traveller who’s been to more than 80 brands in Europe Asia US and other places, this is one of the best value for money presidential suite I have been to. The bedding was so comfy that we just wanted to stay in the room all day and I had one of the best sleeps in Vietnam. For people who is light sleeper and very sensitive to mattress and bedding qualities, you don’t need to worry too much in this hotel room. The services are also very tentative. Location wise it’s 10 minutes taxi to old town and walking distance to train track site so not so bad if you want the balance of a quiet peaceful sleep at night and a vibrant day time activities this would be the place to go. I stayed a few nights in old town too and it was simply impossible to sleep as the noise and bar music won’t stop until after midnight. None of these annoying “buzz” exists in this hotel. The only downside is the breakfast not as grand as I think but for this price it’s all worth it . We also had the 60 min full body massage which is one of the top qualities !

This hotel was one of my favorites in Vietnam. The service was top notch. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. We got an upgrade and the room was really spacious. Ann was very attentive and friendly. We felt really comfortable at this place.
The location was close to the Hanoi main station and around 20-25 min. walking distance to old town and 15 min. walking distance to the famous train street.

The Legend of Zelda is how i remember this hotel. Discrete entrance but opens up to a really lovely hotel with top notch fittings. Loved the wood furnishings in the bedrooms. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and got included to the owners birthday celebration drink, thank you. A lovely hotel and will be back again. Thank you.
I could eat the beef randang served at breakfast every morning.
