Cons:

Staff couldn’t communicate in English, the breakfast didn’t cater to global customers, the room was too small, the shower area had no door and water spilled to the other side, the room was next to elevator and we were literally awake half of the night and early morning when people were talking and walking outside feeling as if we are sleeping in the corridor, the room was too small compared to what’s advertised and paid for.

Won’t stay here again. Though good and welcoming staff and service from the crew

Cons:

People smoking by the corridor. Perpetual smoke smell lingering. Bad for my young kid. And only heater setting. Room gets really warm even when you open the windows during winter. Poorly ventilated room and can smell smoking from the door
