Завтраки вкусные, большой выбор, и в 9,15 (завтраки до 9,30) - еще очень много свежей еды. В номерах чисто, но в какой-то момент перестали ставить гели для душа, а только шампуни. Случайно разлили кока-колу на пол, полы слегка были липкими. Персонал очень доброжелательный, радушный, помогал со всеми вопросами (лед, не открывался сейф, стирка, чемодан в холле оставить). по соотношению цена-качество - потрясающее место. с отличной локацией (рядом крупнейшие магазины) и отличным видом и своим бассейном и берегом

Cons:

взяли деньги за то, что по выезду не обнаружилась чайная ложечка в одной из чайных пар. ложками мы не пользовались. куда она делась - нет представления. Даже не знаю, была ли она там изначально (не обратили на это внимание, так как, повторюсь, ложечками не пользовались вовсе.

Pros:

Spacious and clean. It comes with a bathtub. There's a divider cabinet. I had to check out very early for my flight back and miss the breakfast which was included. I asked if I can have prepacked food. The staff gave us buns and even small souvenirs which is such a sweet gesture.

Cons:

Many of the buildings still vacant, so it's very quiet with nothing much to look around at. But if u like it quiet and away from the town n very near to the beach, this is a good choice. There's no dim light/bedside lamp for the night.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect for me... the location in the middle of all my destinations, the staff are super nice and friendly with big smile. Special thanks to Mr khan and Trang.

Cons:

Nothing really.... on my next trip to phu Quoc i sure will stay in My Marina hotel again.

Room and bed very comfortable, room looks new, although water heater not working

Cons:

No hot water and most of the time, no WiFi, view cannot see seaview although I booked seaview

Small constructions in progress during our stay, heavy rain this season in Phu Quoc however the price was much cheaper.

Disappointed - left the hotel.
Cons:

Unfortunately when we got to our room we discovered that the king suite didn't come with a king bed but a double bed and then we realised there was no shower (bath only). It stated shower so when we talked to reception about this they said that booking.com wrote shower not them and it wasn't their fault. They had no rooms that offered showers. The man at reception was unfortunately very defensive and not helpful... we asked for a refund to leave the hotel (thankfully they let us - the only positive).
