Pros:

Very friendly staff; I was able to leave my luggage for an extended period free of charge. Great place, I recommend it!!!

Pros:

Helpful instructions with maps on how to get to the property were sent before arriving
Good location to walk to the local train & bus, but also hi speed trains if coming in late at night or leaving early as it's only a few mins walk to the station
Can lend charges, chords, hair-dryers etc
Easy check in

Washing machine on our floor with free powder
Can cook & do dishes if required
Food places downstairs too

Cons:

Very firm bed with no mattress topper
Difficult to find the location & get in despite having maps sent earlier..the button to access is through the entry gate so lean through & around the back of the pole.
Sink in our living area was filthy.


Nothing to do with the property, but will list here for others since the massage parlour is on the check in apartment complex. They start off friendly & soakijg your feet for 20-30mins & try tell upsell pedicure, & say they can't continue massage because you need to buy oils. All just 60, 2, 4 etc more on top of the expensive 108 foot massage - which is listed as 1hr foot & full body, but it's just shoulders for 5, feet & calves for 20 & top of legs for 5 & they say done. They were speaking about us, & other foreigners who opted out of all the extras too, then actually go out the back & get the tub of oil to massage with!!

Bien para lo que buscábamos
Pros:

Reservamos este hotel por la cercanía con la estación de tren. Es un poco difícil de encontrar pero el personal te indica a la perfección para poder ubicarte.

Cons:

La cama era muy dura y dormimos un poco mal. El suelo del baño es resbaladizo, hay que tener cuidado.

Pros:

El staff fue muy amable. Estuvo pendiente y respondía rápido cualquier duda. Está bien ubicado al lado de la estación de West railtrain nos sirvió para el movimiento hacia Furong

Pros:

Nos dieron información muy detallada para llegar desde el tren al alojamiento, además estaba muy cerca de la estación de trenes rápidos y además, al lado está la estación de autobuses que te llevan al parque de las montañas de avatar. Además en didi estaba muy cerca de la montaña de Tianmen. Allí teníamos botellas de agua disponibles y repuestos para el baño si los necesitabas. La mujer que nos atendió muy atenta. Pudimos pagar con wechat/alipay/efectivo.

Cons:

Todo perfecto. el alojamiento era muy tranquilo y se dormía bien. No tenemos nada negativo que decir.

Bien comunicado
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien alojado cerca de la estación de trenes rápidos de Zhangjiajie, para visitar cogiendo tren Furongzhen o Fenghuang (ambos recomendables, pueblos muy bonitos, pero me quedaría con Furonzhen si hay que decidir), también al lado de la estación de trenes rápidos hay una estación de autobuses que conecta directamente con Wulingyuan para poder ver las montañas de avatar. Desde el hotel, cogimos un didi para ver las montañas de Tianmen. Bien ubicado, aunque no está en el pueblo como tal. sirve más bien como base de operaciones para coger el tren y ver zonas turísticas. La habitación amplia, y el baño perfecto. Había agua disponible y además, muy buena comunicación. Enseguida me contactaron por Wechat y me enviaron vídeos para que pudiese llegar bien al hotel desde el tren. Se puede pagar con efectivo o con Alipay/Wechat

Cons:

Todo estaba bien. Lo único, que les preguntamos si nos podían guardar las maletas y nos dijeron que sí, pero las iban a dejar en un cuarto que, aunque había cámaras de seguridad, no nos daba mucha confianza porque estaba abierto y prácticamente podía acceder cualquier persona (ya que no hay recepción como tal, es un bloque de edificios con el portal abierto). Además íbamos a pasar una noche en Wulingyuan para ver las montañas de avatar y dejar tanto tiempo las maletas ahí sin vigilancia... nos dio un poco de apuro, así que finalmente no las dejamos.

Pros:

The room was clean and providing all necessary facilities. The location is very convenient, close to Zhangjiajie Western Railway Station. Being located a little bit hidden in a residential area, there is still some communication with the innkeeper required to find it smoothly. However, the innkeeper was very supportive and provided information detailed enough to find the place without problems.
