Cons:

Ich hab für zwei Personen gebucht. Aber nur ein Bett hatte ein Kissen und Decke, das andere war bezogen.
Das geht gar nicht, bei zwei Personen. War sehr entäuscht bin aderes gewohnt.

Organisation ohne Personal vor Ort ist unflexibel und Pannenanfällig!

Frühstück i.O. Service mit immer zugänglicher Kaffeemaschine tip top!
Das frühere Frühstück am Samstagmorgen als gemäss den angezeigten Angaben wurde nicht nur von uns sehr rege benützt! Danke!

Cons:

Die zweite Person verschwand plötzlich aus den Vorgaben der Buchung (Booking?)
Die Nachmeldung über Booking war nicht möglich (sehr schlecht!!!)
Für die direkte Nachmeldung verlangte die Unterkunft einen überhöhten Preis.
Trotzdem fehlte die Bett- und Badwäsche für diese zweite Person und niemand ist abends da, um diese zu erhalten! ( auch sehr schlecht!)

An nicht so heißen Tagen und mit funktionierendem WLAN sicherlich empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für ein Motel sehr ordentlich und auch das Zimmer und die Betten waren völlig in Ordnung, alles sauber.

Cons:

Sehr schade war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Fenster konnte man leider nicht öffnen, da das Zimmer direkt an einer vielbefahren Straße liegt. Deswegen wurde es sehr heiß im Zimmer. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, dadurch konnte man auch nicht fernsehen. Personal war nicht im Haus, und so konnte auch nicht reklamiert werden. Der Weg über den E-Concierge erschien uns zu mühsam und zeitraubend.

Sehr sauber, unkompliziert, gut eingerichtete Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Man hört den Verkehr sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Mit geöffnetem Fenster war es zu laut.

Habe ein Hotel zur Durchreise für eine Nacht auf einer Motorradtour gesucht. Das b_smart war dafür sehr gut geeignet.
