Pros:

Nothing smell was coming from rooms rooms were not clean mosquitoes were flying toilet wasn't clean even not flushing no choki in the washroom for bathing light gone many a times no facility of inverter or generator i booked on booking. Com not visiting the location it's the fault of booking. Com that they are providing a totally bad quality hotel

The hotel was showing 1000 approx for 1 day but they charged 1700 while checking in. Adding GST and commission charge.

horrible stay
Pros:

very poor service, no backup of the battery if electricity is off. no food facility, location just in front of stagnant malodorous canal with contaminated water. wastage of money. dont stay here.

Pros:

The property has nice outdoors with parts of the Dal Lake right next to it. Also it is in a prime locality, just 2-3 km from Lal Chowk. The staff was friendly as well

Cons:

The room was clean and tidy but the bed and the bedding could have been much better. It looked as if they weren't changed for days. Also the bed seemed to be broken.

I found Hotel booking.com new heaven canal, looked more modern It’s right on Dal Lake, so it’s quieter than hotels facing the busy main road.Hotel is very good, beautiful rooms, neat and clean. Everything Service is very excellent. How to stop behaviour is very good. Service is very fast. Food also tasty great facilities. Wi-Fi free.
