My worse experience at a hotel
Pros:

It’s location was its saving grace as everything else was worse than I have ever experienced

Cons:

1:) You cannot call down to reception from room. Have to go down every time needed assistance with anything.
2:) breakfast was a very very poor offering and very rude staff who spoke no English at all
3:) all external areas from room including hallways and inside elevator was hot and humid as no Air is used. It became smelly due to humidity
4:) service personnel are very very lacking and basic. Just one boy helping for all guests and one reception staff maybe two at peak hours.
5:) cleaning level at 50%. I used one teacup and spoon and left it on nightstand very obvious to clean it. But two days the housekeeping cleaned with tips from us and they left that teacup right there. Unbelievable.
6:) no door in shower area to separate it from toilet/sink so the second person to use bathroom had to use it in wet mode and easily slips at times.
7:) one elevator very very slow
8:) have to walk one floor to restaurant so for persons with mobility issues that is bad choice hotel

Pros:

Ks giáp biển rất tiện nghi. Phòng đc dọn sạch sẽ mỗi ngày . Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng ngon hợp khẩu vị.

Cons:

Our first night i couldn't sleep, the bed was so hard. The next day I upgraded to the room with soft beds.
