Tolles Hotel zum guten Preis. Freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Extra-Wünsche beim Frühstück wurden gleich für den nächsten Tag extra besorgt! 👍

Der Fußweg ins Zentrum ist 2,3 km bergauf und durchgehend auf einer Straße, die man im Dunkeln nicht laufen möchte. Der Hotelier hat uns aber einen tollen TukTuk Fahrer vermittelt, der uns immer für 1,50 € gefahren hat.

Cons:

Leider kein guter Kaffee zum Frühstück. Sah eher aus wie Tee. Obwohl wir immer „extra strong“ bestellt haben.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location little bit away from busy and noisy Ella town. Staff can arrange tuktuk to travel to town only for $2. Team is so nice and friendly. They serve outstanding breakfasts and provide extra services as laundry, drops to barber shop, suggestions for sightseeing etc. and panoramic view room on upper floor - something extraordinary for a budget we paid

Sehr gute Wahl in Ella
Pros:

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Der Chef machte alles möglich und fragte ständig nach unseren Wünschen. Anscheinend hatten wir ein günstigeres Zimmer im EG gebucht, erhielten aufgrund Verfügbarkeit ein Upgrade zu den Zimmern ganz oben - toller Ausblick. Gutes Frühstück, sehr individuell.

Nicht schlimm, aber unerwartet: 3% Kreditkartengebühr

Pros:

Nice placement close to the city Ella. Only a short tuk tuk ride to get back and forth from the city.

Cons:

Great breakfast included in the booking. Nice staff willing to help with tuk tuk, laundry and refresh of room. Great view of the mountains.

Great staff, clean and spacious hotel rooms. Decent value.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are really what makes this a good find. They were attentive to my every request and went above and beyond what I expected. The breakfast comes with huge portions, with additional food available on request, and the staff were always available with a smile on their face. The hotel also recommended an excellent Tuk Tuk driver, Amal, who was super reliable and reasonably priced transporting me around Ella during my stay.

Cons:

The WiFi is spotty and can be slow at times. Also, not necessarily something I didn’t like, just a disclaimer: The location is beautiful and tranquil, but not close enough to Ella to walk. Therefore the Tuk Tuk contact was a must. Fortunately he was awesome and always on time so this wasn’t a big issue for me.
