Pros:

Location. Visiting son and his home was 5 minutes away. Nice to have shopping and restaurants and theater in area.n

Try it, you’ll love it!
Pros:

My review scores were the best on all fields.
They also put out a great breakfast. Nice sitting bar area. Lots of outdoor sitting areas. Good pool and gym facilities.

Nothing in the room was working properly and guests above us were extremely disruptive.
Pros:

The location was ideal for where we wanted to be. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

While it was only for a short stay, the room fell short. The mini fridge did not work. The TV did not work. The room phone did not work, which wouldn't be a problem, except that we needed to call the front desk to complain that the guests in the room above us were extremely loud and disruptive during our entire stay. We had to finally go down to the front desk at 11pm to report the herd of elephants above us. The manager knew it was an issue, telling us, "Oh, yes, there's like 10 people in that room." Things finally got quieter within an hour, which gave us a few hours of sleep before our early morning wake up.

We spent the whole first night killing ants in our room
. I was given glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner and made to deal with them myself. They were all over the room.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. Location was great, room was nice, gym was very good with excellent cold water.

Cons:

I did not have any complaints everything met or exceeded expectations.
