Good location, And it's quite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ben Thanh Market 15 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Central Market. Amenities around are close by.

Cons:

Towels smells.
Breakfast is average.

Card payment they charge 5% surcharge. So read the find print.

We ordered aiport pick up but driver did not arrived. Very tiny swimming pool . Bit compact room . Picture seem to be mis leading from Booking.com .Staff at reception do not seem to be compitent to plan our 5 day stay at Ho chi minh so we had to manage with many agents near by .

There are better options for the price closer to the centre of District 1.
Pros:

The location in District One was okay.

Cons:

Why do they levy a 5% credit card surcharge? Who is walking around Ho Chi Minh with 10,000,000 VND in their wallet? It is such a negative. Despite twice advising Jan Villa of my arrival time, the air-con was off and the room was boiling when I arrived. The room toilet didn't flush which was unpleasant to say the least. Staff have limited English, so be sure to have the Translate app on your phone. Breakfast is okay for the price. You have to ask for coffee and there is no juice available.
