Quiet and adequate
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Top notch, they even prepared breakfast for me in the last day as I was checking out very early. So thoughtful of them!

Great place
Pros:

Great room, nice welcome fruit, friendly staff

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to pay 10% extra to get a VAT invoice. This should not be company policy. Not many people need this for their company, so why punish them?

Hotel street not great for families
Pros:

Staff was great. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The hotel street was not good. Small dirty street, but what really was disappointing was the hotel right next door called Cupid hotel. It was an hourly adult hotel offering free sex toys. Not very family friendly. In addition, the sites we wanted to see were far away.... Only close to the market. Pool is also very small and in the middle of the hotel . Shower flooded bathroom, bad design . I would stay elsewhere for this price next time.

Awesome Staff
Pros:

A really nice hotel, very well located. Nice room with great AC, storage and modern bathroom with hot shower. Pool looked good but too busy to use. Breakfast loads of choices and plentiful with an additional large fruit side each day. Fantastic laundry service. What really set the place above was the fantastic customer service. Constantly happy , friendly and forthcoming with help. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Petit hôtel sympathique et bien situé à deux pas d'un quartier très animé dans le district 1.
Chambre confortable (202) avec un balcon donnant sur une rue calme.
Personnel charmant et très accueillant "Moon" en particulier.
Accueil a l'arrivée avec jus de fruit et une assiette de fruits frais très apprécié.
Literie de bonne qualité. Piscine petite mais qui a le mérite d'exister.

Cons:

Un seul bémol : le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet et ceci n'est pas mentionné sur booking. Choix limité sur une carte ou figurent deux ou trois possibilités seulement... Vege ou soupe vietnamienne ou pain de mie beurre / confiture ou oeufs (frits ou omelette) plus the ou café et fruits...
