Not the best stay
Pros:

Not the good service you expect - stuff are very nice but the service is very weak
More important we found cockroaches in the room which is not the best especially when having a toddler

Acceptable but nothing exciting and over-priced, not for breakfast-lovers
Pros:

Clean, nice rooftop hot springs, spacious room.

Cons:

Breakfast was more a takeaway basket, very little choice, while charging premium price. Breakfast counter closed very early (9.30am), not for those who like to sleep in during holiday.

Flot hotel - Kommer gerne tilbage!
Pros:

Det var et utrolig stort og behageligt værelse med et rumligt køkken, skøn sofa til afslapning og nogle gode senge. Det var rart at der kun var planlagt rengøring hver 3. dag, men man kunne gratis få det hyppigere, hvis det ønskes.
Hotellet var utrolig flot og der var en utrolig rolig og behagelig stemning. Der var flere pools som alle var rigtig gode.
Det var rigtig skønt at der var vandautomater.

Cons:

Vi havde en stor altan med to stole og et bord. Vi kunne godt have brugt nogle solsenge på altanen. Der var ikke så meget skabsplads, hvis man godt kan li' at pakke sine tasker ud.

Super lieu mais une équipe qui manque de convivialité !
Pros:

Le design, les équipements, modernes et propres bien quelques coussins soient un peu abîmés au Skybar. Le lieu est super !

Cons:

Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas très accueillant… Voir même distant et a un peu le réflexe de dire non à tout puis lorsque qu’on insiste un peu on trouve une solution, ce n’est pas toujours agréable.
Sans doute parce que la plupart des membres de l’équipe sont peu à l’aise en anglais… mais pour un hôtel de ce standing c’est dommage.
Et c’est d’autant plus dommage parce qu’au fond, ils ont le sens du service mais dans la forme cela manque de convivialité.
De plus tout le fonctionnement de l’hôtel n’est pas très bien expliqué au check in. Dommage alors que le lieu est super !
