なんだかんだで良いホテル
Pros:

どこも清潔で良かったです。バルコニーも広く、部屋も記載されていた広さよりも広く感じました。海は殆ど見えないタイプの部屋でしたが、立地がよく近くには何でもそろう大型スーパー（サンエー）があり、石垣産の食材を買って部屋で調理して食べたり楽しかったです。
また部屋でコップを割ってしまったのですが、迅速に対応していただき、掃除機やタオルなどをすぐに持ってきてくださり助かりました。

Cons:

全体的にスタッフが少ないように感じました。
到着時に玄関にて案内するスタッフがおらず、チェックインもアウトもタッチパネル。簡単な説明はありましたが詳細はQRコードで。部屋の清掃は4日に1回。値段の割に大分経費削減してるなあと思いました。
また20歳以上からでないと利用できない施設が多く、インフィニティプールは2人しか泳いでいないのに1階のプールは家族旅行組で溢れている感じでした。

素敵でした。
Pros:

綺麗で、広々としていたところ。通常のアメニティだけではなく、食器類も充実していたこと。

Cons:

内線はつけて欲しいです。あと、宿泊塔どおしは雨に濡れないようにして欲しいです。最後に、もう少し、お財布に優しければ最高です😆

Pros:

部屋は綺麗だった。スタッフは素晴らしい方もいた。眺望は最高。夕食は素晴らしい。

Cons:

１）TVは無くプロジェクターでネットTV対応。前の方のYoutubeのIDがそのまま残っていた。個人情報がだだ漏れ。これは絶対直したほうが良い。
２）冷蔵庫のちんすこうの賞味期限が切れていた
３）受付の若いスタッフの無駄話がロビー全体に響いていた
４）朝食時のスタッフ不足か、ビュッフェが無くなっても補充がされなかった

1박 가격이 70만원이었는데 벨보이부재, 청소가 매일이루어지지않는점. 관리하는 인원의 부족함.

Great higher end hotel option in Ishigaki for families.

Cons:

Breakfast quickly became monotonous and very little if any of the breakfast food options ate actually cooked or prepared onsite. The food is processed (pre-cooked, sliced, prepared) and packaged beforehand for employees for lay out.
