Great hotel, restaraunt amazing food, chef and staff are great. Would stay again
Pros:

Beautiful property, rooms are fantastic. Staff are friendly. We were stuck an extra 2 nights due to a typhoon and they were very accomodating

Cons:

Didn’t appreciate the heavy price increase on our additional second night considering we were stranded

High end. Stunning rooms and pool . Spotlessly clean. Fabulous breakfast. Perfect location

Cons:

Evening meal a disappointment. Expensive and not great compared to breakfast. Service very slow. Not enough staff to customer ratio.

インターコンチのほうが良い。
Pros:

朝食が凄く美味しかった。
プールが大人用と子供用に分かれてたのと綺麗で良かった。
ルームキーが二次元バーコードで快適だった。
夕食も美味しかった。とくにフレッシュオイスターが最高だった。

Cons:

ルームチャージが出来ず何もかも都度払いで面倒臭い。
フロントスタッフが外国人が多く、日本語が完璧ではにい。
施設内にコンビニ的なのが無い。
清掃が入らないなら部屋に掃除機を置いておいて欲しい。
外にジャグジーが付いてるが、目の前にミニゴルフ場があり、開放感がありすぎ、バルコニーもジャグジーも利用したくない。

Pros:

地理位置算方便的，步行十至十五分鐘有超市，Daiso,食店等等。我們到石垣島剛碰上颱風，都是在附近超市，商店消磨時間。
這集團酒店都是自助check-in，但員工都會主動幫忙check-in，亦會有簡單介紹設施。這是我在其他同集團酒店沒有遇到的。
房間空間寬敞明亮，適合一家人同遊。

Cons:

這家酒店不是每天有執拾房間的服務，也不會幫你添置備品，只會換毛巾。因為我們入住4天，廁紙，紙巾，牙膏都唔夠用，用完都不會補回。所以我們只好去前台詢問多領一些備品，但我提出要求後，兩個男職員一直在笑，我感覺莫名其妙，雖然我最後拿到我需要的備品，但我不明白他們在笑什麼？我們三個人入住4天，廁紙，紙巾，牙膏不夠用很可笑嗎？
希望酒店日後除了可以每日換毛巾之外，還可以主動增添一些每日都會用到的備品，不用客人走到前檯被取笑。
