Overall it was satisfactory stay as hotel was cosy and efficient in amenities.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast at hotel. Location was a little off the main Haeundae Beach stretch. TAking the subway, the Haeunda station was quite a distance away from the Van Hotel.

Good but the hotel can learn from my frustration perhaps
Pros:

The accommodation was good, but I was frustrated that a simple thing like providing sugar for guest morning tea/ coffee was impossible. If i remember correctly there's no milk provided either. (For European guests) Also, the hotel only provides paper cups in the room. Not china. The hotel does not supply it. Full stop. Replenishment of tea/coffee for the second morning is not automatic either, nor is cleaning the room. This has to be requested. Poor service I feel. We had a very helpful duty Manager (06/10/26) who listened to our frustration, which is the reason the score is not lower.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь тут во второй раз. Цена и качество этого отеля впечатляет. Мне очень нравится дружелюбный персонал на стойке ресепшн. Комнаты хорошие и убираются отлично. В отличие от моего прошлого посещения в этот раз было зеркало в полный рост в другой комнате.

Cons:

Меня чуть смущает, что прачечная находится в подвале и из-за этого чуточку некомфортно пользоваться. В остальном вопросов нет.

Pros:

Excellent location across from beach and walking distance to Ten Percent Coffee and the Standard Bakery. Rooms were decent in size, great bathroom, quiet and you could ask for various amenities like iron or hair straightener. The air purifier in the room was also a good addition. The Genie tablet that controls everything in the room worked perfectly for the first 2 days, but stopped connecting on the last day.

Cons:

While the bed came with a cool remote that allowed you to change the position to sit upright, lift your legs etc, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Others might like it, but I had a very uncomfortable 3 nights.
