Shower was brilliant.
Could do with a car park or some reserved spaces nearby (though understand that's a limitation that comes with the superb location).
Air conditioning would have been lovely but it was fairly easy to cool.the room when the sun went down.
Mike was easy to contact and very helpful, he kindly let me check in early to accommodate my concert attendance. Check in was easy with the key code doors, with the codes being provided promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, I was out of the stadium and in bed within 15 minutes. I stayed alone and felt safe and comfortable in the room. Highly recommend if you're visiting Anfield.
A bin in the bathroom would have been appreciated. Also be aware that the stairs are quite steep so take care!

My son i stayed for one night to see my chemical romance at anfield stadium. The location of the boot rooms cannot be beaten. A two minute walk to the stadium. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. In fact, it was perfect. As was the owner, Michael. His correspondence before and during our stay was spot on, so helpful and friendly and when my son left his jeans in the room, Michael kindly posted them back to us. My late husband used to teach customer care and I know for a fact he would say that Michael's care could not be improved upon in anyway, Michael, if you read this, thank you. You deserve every success. Thank from Elaine and Jake.

Brilliant location for a concert at the stadium. Mike was very responsive and sent over the check-in details in advance as well as helping us with parking. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really glad we found this spot and hope to return for more Anfield gigs.
It was loud due to concert traffic but this didn't bother us and cleared up quickly.
Location (really close to Anfield), communications (Mike was quick to respond to all questions), cleanliness (spotless thoughout, amazing shower) and safety (key codes to enter building and for the rooms).
Nothing really, although I haven't been in a bunk bed for 50 years (this room was the last available) it wasn't as bad as I was anticipating! Once I got up there it was very comfortable. The toilet would've benefitted from turning 90degrees; my knees were touching the wall and I'm 5ft2! Also the cafe that serves breakfast opened at 9am not 8am, had to juggle transport plans.
This property is excellently located for Anfield Stadium and meant my concert experience was so easy! I didn't have to worry about transport back to the city centre and was just able to take a short walk back to the property after the show, which was ideal. I loved how easy the check-in process was and that I was allowed to arrive a little earlier than the official check in time. Finding the property and accessing it was super easy thanks to the clear instructions provided by the property, and they even sent me a message later in the day to check that everything had been OK, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well-equipped, smart, clean and modern. The wifi was excellent and the free bottles of water were a great touch, especially in the heatwave. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet once the concert crowd had disappeared home so I slept really well. As a woman travelling alone, I also felt incredibly secure and safe.

The room was lovely, very modern looking and bright. Request was made for a bigger bed, having had surgery recently, to which this was obliged. The best was very comfortable, thanks. For what the room was needed for, with its location, it was spot on.
Didn't realise that Breakfast was extra, that's my fault, I did the bookings in a hurry. The weather was pretty hot, to say the least. Mike was easy to reach out to with my requests, which I am extremely grateful for. The room comfort was great, the only downside was there was no fan in my room. With the windows having been closed all day, and the blinds up, it was quite tropical! I'd brought my fan with me, emergency back up, so I was able to drift off. The blind in the bathroom was off it's fixing and I had to roll it up and down manually. The toilet roll holder was also quite loose. I accept these are minor little things, and not a criticism, just for awareness.

Location was amazing. Management kept us informed and very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well presented. Very modern and contemporary. All round fantastic!

As two solo women travelling also felt very safe loved the keypad entry system.
Super comfortable beds and great bedding.
Very minor issues had a kettle that lead didn’t reach the plug point so had to move it to bedside table.
Would have liked a shelf in bathroom as there was a great LED mirror but had to put all make up and hair items in sink.
Personal preference for curtains as was very light in the room with just blinds.
TV could only be viewed from one bed comfortably.
Fantastic location for the game! Owner left a liverpool scarf for us too which was a nice touch.
If anything it was a little hot with no cooler.. but an unusual 30 degrees the day we stayed
Parfait pour aller voir les Reds à Anfield. L'hôtel est vraiment à 2 minutes. Hôtel aux couleurs du Liverpool FC avec un décoration sobre et élégante. Échange par messages et accès en autonomie : hôte très réactif. Nous avons même reçu un 'dédommagement' pour un petit désagrément pourtant sans conséquence. Un grand sens du service. Merci
