I had booked this but when I reached there they said there is no room, everything is booked, I was at 7 in the night, this is wrong, when I have the booking then to whom else can I give the room, what is the benefit of booking.com

The WiFi bandwidth is extremely low. Doesn't reach the guest room. Water is not provided. Breakfast was provided in my booking, but they never gave it to me.
