The beds were dirty. All the linen provided and towels had stains. Even when we asked for room service they still got a change of even more stained stuff. The stains were all yellow or brown. It was so bad. At least it did not smell bad. After a day my brother started getting bites over his body and they increased by the day. Then we changed beds because he wanted to sleep next to the window, and I woke up with very bad bites over my body. Then we left the hotel. We asked booking.com for help and they didn’t even care much. The owners said they have no bed bugs and even when I provided pictures of the bites over my body that looked horrible, they still did not care. They said we will give you a gesture of appreciation of about €26, when I paid more than £300 and left two days early. The compensation came as booking.com credit so I won’t even use it because I told them I’ll never book with this company again. This company did not help me even when I said another hotel owner threatened me. It’s so bad.

Room size but for what we paid, it was amazing

For me I found the pillows uncomfortable (but I do have neck pain anyway) The sheets could do with a refresh ... I noted a lot of holes and them being a bitbworn looking (clean though I need to say)
The sunbeds were plentiful but a tad uncomfortable too, could do with some padded ones. The other seating by the bar and the outside dining area were comfy though.

Room was qute small, but good value for money

I don’t believe I was allocated the correct room for one, I booked a double room, but was given an attic room. It was tiny, and unkept - the pictures displayed on booking.com look absolutely nothing like the room I was given, it looks like I was given a single room. I’m 6ft 4 and did struggle with multiple elements of the room, but mostly the bathroom.

The balcony door net curtain fell off, the balcony door external clippings (which keep the glass in place) were missing, and there were multiple squashed mosquitos on the white walls which hadn’t been cleaned prior to me checking in.

The room size was the main issue however, it was really small with no space to even my suitcase properly. The bathroom appeared recently renovated but I’m not sure who designed it as it was tiny, and impossible to stand in front of the sink - they really should have made these wet rooms given the available space.

Having visited Dalyan many times before and stayed in many of the BB’s and Hotels around, I have to say this was my first disappointing experience. I checked out after two nights (booked a 4 night stay) and opted to stay with friends in an alternative hotel.

My feedback to the properly for improvement would be:

1. Ensure correct room types are allocated to guests on arrival. It maybe mine was right, and you have the incorrect images listed on booking.com but this should be reviewed.

2. Improve check-in experience; no warm welcome, no information given, just ticked my name on a piece of paper and took a photo of my passport on mobile phone

3. Please improve the rooms; new curtains, improve cleaning protocols, management to check rooms prior to guests checking in. Consider changing the bathrooms in the rooms with smaller ones into wet rooms to improve overall space.

4. Maintenance walk around by management - many areas of rooms appear damaged, worn and unkept. These should be logged in all rooms and worked on. Housekeeping should also be reporting these issues.

Balcony on the small size but perfectly ok for 2 of us.

Not so much space around the pool. It was pretty busy and sunbeds were 'booked' via leaving towels early and then nobody appearing until later in the day. Poor show

Need more sunbeds on the sunny side of the pool for the pm sun !

Bu otel benim için gerçekten büyük bir hayal kırıklığı ve travmatik bir deneyim oldu. Odamızı yaklaşık 2 ay önceden, fotoğraflara bakarak ve özellikle balkonlu bir oda seçerek rezerve ettik. Balkonlu oda için ayrıca ek ücret ödedik.
Otele vardığımızda resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Bu durumun otelin genel bir sorunu olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü 4 gece konakladık ve kaldığımız süre boyunca resepsiyonda hiç görevli göremedik.

Odanın anahtarını aldıktan sonra odaya girdiğimizde büyük bir şok yaşadık. Bize verilen oda çok küçük, kokan, çatı katında bir odaydı ve rezervasyon sırasında gördüğümüz fotoğraflarla hiçbir ilgisi yoktu. Dolaplar kırık, buzdolabı eski, sararmış ve kirliydi. Yatak örtüleri sertleşmişti, havlular ise lekeli ve oldukça yıpranmış durumdaydı. Odadaki perde tamamen kapanmıyordu, ortasında açık kalan bir boşluk vardı. Dolabı açtığımızda ise artık köy evlerinde bile kullanılmadığını düşündüğüm, ağır kokulu eski tüylü battaniyelerle karşılaştık.

Oda değişikliği talep ettiğimizde bize Booking üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonlarda odaları kendilerinin seçmediğini ve değişiklik yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Oda abartısız şekilde o kadar kötüydü ki ilk geceyi geçirmek istemedik ve o gece için başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık.

Ertesi gün bize geçici olarak üç kişilik boş bir oda verildi ve iki kişilik uygun bir oda boşaldığında taşınabileceğimiz söylendi. Ancak bu söz hiçbir zaman yerine getirilmedi ve konaklamamız boyunca başka bir oda teklif edilmedi.

Verilen ikinci oda ilkine göre biraz daha iyiydi ancak yine dolaplarda aynı eski ve kötü kokulu battaniyeler vardı. Odalarda ekstra yastık, ekstra battaniye veya ihtiyaç duyulabilecek herhangi bir ek malzeme bulunmuyordu. Havlular ve yatak örtüleri sararmış ve lekeli olduğu için kendimi rahat hissedemedim, hatta kendi getirdiğim havluları kullanmak zorunda kaldım.

Bunun da ötesinde, her iki odadaki en büyük sorun banyolardı. Banyolarda ne pencere ne de havalandırma sistemi vardı.
