Pros:

The staff je yg bgus..sbb ramah

Cons:

The room cadar macam x tukar,bilik air mcm x cuci sebab ad rambut kat dlm lubang, bilik baring tido rse gatal2. Bilik x kalis bunyi.org bilik sebelah punya alarm pukul 5:30 pgi pon bole dengar. Dari parking kete nk ke hotel..x de lif.

Noisy because busy area
Room with not even one chair
Body feel itchy being bite by bed bug
Smelly room, cupboard make lots of noise when open.
No reception service before 8 am.
Lots of mold at the bathroom
Overall, cleanliness is below standard level.
Disappointed for this trip.

Pengalaman Menginap di Hotel Lavie
Pros:

Hotel mudah dicari kerana berada di bangunan Centrum Mall. Kemudahan asas disediakan seperti tuala, pengering rambut di dalam bilik dan kemudahan air panas serta iron baju di ruangan hall. Ruang masuk ke setiap aras di lengkapi pintu yang mempunyai kod keselamatan khas untuk para penginap sahaja. Walau parking tidak begitu mudah, namun boleh parking di bahagian basement bangunan tersebut. Ruangan dalam bilik memuaskan, ada ruang untuk letak dan membuka bagasi juga ada ruang untuk solat dengan selesa. Sejadah juga turut disediakan. Proses check in dan check out mudah dan pantas. Makanan yang disediakan untuk sarapan di kiosk BungkusNow memuaskan. Boleh dine in kerana disediakan tempat untuk makan atau boleh bungkus. Hanya perlu jalan sedikit dari hotel untuk ke kiosk BungkusNow yang berada di hadapan premis Watsons, Centrum Mall. Terima kasih untuk 3 hari 2 malam.

Cons:

Keadaan bilik semasa check-in bersih namun tuala dan cadar serta bantal berbau seperti sudah lama tidak digantikan. Juga semasa menggunakan bilik air, di belakang pintu terdapat satu tuala yg berbau seperti baru sahaja digunkaan kerana masih basah. Sepertinya staf housekeeping tidak melihat ia tergantung di belakang pintu bilik air tersebut. Di lantai bilik air juga ada segumpal rambut yang tidak dikutip atau dibersihkan. Keadaan bilik air juga kurang memuaskan kerana tidak disental dengan bersih kerana terdapat daki kotoran di sudut mangkuk tandas, dinding dan sinki. Sila tambah baik kebersihan bilik terutama dari segi bau yang tidak memuaskan di tuala dan cadar serta bantal agar penginap selesa. Terima kasih.
