インテリアが新しかった。スタッフは優しい。
まず、予約時にバスタブ付きの部屋を予約していたのだが、実際いってみたら、バスタブがなかった。
それどころか、シャワールームの掃除がされておらず、つかったままのカミソリや髪の毛が残っていた。夜遅く到着し、トレッキングで疲れていたので、部屋を変えてもらう気力がなくそのまま伝えなかった。口コミ評価通りだった。
ベットシーツは新しかったがシミなどが残っていた。
空港までのタクシーを頼んだが、高かった。（空港からより遠い別のホテルに泊まったがそのホテルの倍以上）

This hotel is under new management, A real diamond.
Excellent location close to the airport. Perfect for travelers who have very early flights to catch. There is "Gojek" ride share (like Uber, and very easy to download) driver on standby who can get you to the airport, or Mandalika beach, Mataram city, Senggigi beach, and the ferry/fast boat terminals or any otherplace in Lombok.
The restaurants are good, however, in house dining options are a little limited.
The staff are not always familiar with English. They use Google Translations if they need to, but very friendly, polite, and will fiix any problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good.
The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible.
My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room.
The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage.
Both rooms had terrible sound proof. I could hear noises from the road, especially when people road rage after midnight till 3am. Then prayer started at 4.30am. I was able to get about an hour of sleep.
Staff is friendly
The hotel was severely run down, the paint on the wall has come off and some areas could find mould. The lock to the balcony was not working well and the key was crooked. The balcony doors have a visible slit after closed. The room was smelly when first went in. The other room had a strong smell of air refresher. The toilet was uncleaned. The bedsheet had stains and felt uncleaned.
