Amazing for the price when needing a little longer stay.
Pros:

Everything here was what we needed at the time. Our house burnt down and we needed an affordable place to stay while navigating that time. For the price, this place is affordable, safe, VERY sweet cleaning persons, understanding and helpful management and staff, quiet and clean. We've stayed at a few different places since the fire and it is hands down the best place for the price!! It's also walking distance to Bart and most amenities you could ever need. I highly recommend Terrace Inn and Suites if you're looking for a safe and affordable place to stay with great staff!

Cons:

The ONLY thing that wasn't working well was the internet connection. But after a few weeks there, we got a room close to the office and it worked amazing. Just something to consider if you need the Internet for work...

Bad vacation hotel
Pros:

I was not pleased because they put me on the top floor and I told them I need the bottom floor. My knees are bad.

Cons:

I was very displeased with this hotel. Th television didn't work. There was no breakfast and I think it smelled like cigarettes
