Pretty good overall, I went to a place to stay not the casino so great stay.

An ok stay, but customer service could be better.
Pros:

This was my first time coming. I liked the layout and the room was great. The night shift was good, and tried to resolve an issue that I had. It was a late check in.

Cons:

The TV didn't work. The person on nights at the front desk came to our room to try to help, but nothing worked. I came to the front desk in the morning to check out, and all I got was a thank you for staying. No caring at all that the issue I had wasn't resolved. It wasn't until I asked more about being inconvenient by not having a television did the person mention about a credit. Was told it had to be used that day and couldn't be used at another time. I had a flight to catch and couldn't use any credits. Would have been nice to know, or put for a future reservation.
