Good location, large room, convenient check in, a bit noisy however.
Pros:

The location was good right in the centre of Llangollen.
The room was large.
The access code on both doors was easy and convenient.

Cons:

The curtains didn’t keep the light out and the street lights kept me awake initially.
The landing light kept dimming and going lighter throughout the night and it shined through the door which was a bit annoying.
We could hear every door open and close and noisy when people came up and down stairs.
The room was set up as three single beds yet I had booked a double and single.
There was live music on in the outdoor bar next door - luckily the bar shut at around 11 am so didn’t keep us up too late.

prefect for our overnight stay in town!
Pros:

could not be more in the center of town! easy self check in - comfy triple room - prefect for an overnight stay and a quick visit of the town

Cons:

It is above a court yard and there was a stage with a gig which meant drunkenness going on late at night which make it noisy.

A really nice comfortable stay and would certainly return.
Pros:

A really easy check in process. So clean and very quiet but still central.

Cons:

Possibly an 11 am check out would be good !

Great apart from the shower
Pros:

Great location and room was great apart from the shower issue below

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower continually ran from hot to freezing cold - however we tried it just wasn't very good

Good value for money, happy with the location .... didn't love the loud music at night next door!
Pros:

Good location, room comfortable and a decent size, good tea/coffee making facilities - all was fine! Check-in via email was smooth and practical.

Cons:

Being next to a loud bar, hot night + window open = not particularly peaceful.
