Cons:

Long time to check me in, Very, very bad smell inside the room and from the bathroom, and the hotel staff's constant requests...every little while someone comes knocking and asking for the car to be moved from one place to another.

Luxury Hotel , comfortable furniture and widely rooms , Smart Tv , high caring of the Cleaning ,great location , uber services,a lot of restaurant near this Hotel , the reception employees are so Gentle, they are very cooperative with the clients , and they're treatment with the clients such as a friends and guests by respecting them and understanding their condetions, the bathroom has a jakuzi, the rooftop is so beautiful you can see all Giza sections specially the Pyramids. In addition to the rooms such as an apartment every thing you need you will find it .

The rooms are beautiful , the reception staff are so kind and friendly , they are smiling at you and treating you as a member of their family not just a guest especially Fatima she is so kind and present to all the clients all their needs , the transportation is a available 24 hours to the airport, and they're arranging a tourest round to the famous beautiful Historically places in Giza and other section of other cities.

An amazingly beautiful hotel , this hotel will get all your expectations , The Star of Hotel has a beautiful treatment from the reception staff especially Fatima she is so kind and she's treating with the clients by a high measuring by a Respecting treatment she coming from five stars Hotels , in other side the rooms has a good furniture , the beds are so comfortable, you will have your window on the main street of Giza city . There is an amazing rooftop you can see all Giza with the pyramids.

موقع الفندق مميز و الموظفون ودودين

Cons:

المكان جيد جدا ولكن التكييف لم يكن يعمل و المياه لم تكن متوفره موجوده نهائياً طول اليوم ولا يوجد اي ماء للإستحمام او الاغتسال الدرج كان طول جدا و متعب و لم يكن موجود مبني بار ولكن موظف الاستقبال وفرها لا انصح به ولكن إذا حجزت تأكد من الغرفه و المرافق قبل تاكيد الحجز
