Très bonne expérience grâce à l'emplacement, au confort et à la gentillesse du personnel.
Pros:

Très bon séjour au Rayelin Hotel Old Town. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la station de métro Aksaray, ce qui facilite les déplacements et permet d'accéder facilement aux principaux sites touristiques d'Istanbul.

À notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de bénéficier d'un surclassement gratuit vers une suite supérieure, un geste très apprécié qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.La suite était propre, spacieuse et très bien entretenue.

Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement le Manager, ainsi que Mohand et Elhan, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et la qualité de leur service. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui gagnerait à être plus varié. Malgré cela, l'expérience globale reste très positive et je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement et la qualité de son accueil.

Ideal für cityurlaub. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar
Pros:

Modernes Hotel,zentrale Lage, Metro, Tram und viele Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Flughafenbus ca 250 m entfernt.
Sehr freundliches Personal,Zimmer sehr sauber,danke Naima. Großzügiges Frühstück.

HavaistのステーションAksaray も近く(Aksaray Metro Station)全てのアクセスしやすかった。
又近くのお店も手頃な店がある。
ホテルスタッフは対応よく、説明も良かった。

Cons:

壁やドアが薄いか、隣のドアの開け閉めや会話が結構聞こえる。

Hotel nema svoj parking. Krevetac koji smo imali u sobi je bio u ocajnom stanju. Veoma mali ormar u sobi.

aucun rangement dans une chambre à 3 lit surtout quand on reste 10
jours c'est très compliqué et le petit dej est plus que limite pour un buffet surtout si vous déjeuné après 9h30

Pros:

Struttura accogliente fornita di tutti i servizi. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia. A 4 min a piedi stazione del tram per collegamenti continui per il centro.
