We were assigned a bigger room that was much appreciated
Lovely relaxing service, good location service breakfast staff friendly. Xenia and sofia particularly. But could not fault the hotel or staff at all.

Location is the best ! Check in is quick and efficient room design is nice “wow room” products in the shower are good quality - good for short stays
Size of room as a bit too small - expected it to be larger but maybe the layout has a role into that - no cupboard so only few hangers for short stay
The decor and atmosphere. The rooms were very fresh and comfortable with a view of the river. The bar and dining facilities were beautiful!

The location was very nice. Close enough to the central city to walk around, see the sights, and with plenty of eating options nearby.
The room was very small, but very clean and comfortable enough. The plexiglass shower, fully transparent and next to the bed, is probably better suited to an hourly establishment ... but hey! I guess everyone's boat needs a pond to float their boat in, so I expect this is the perfect room for someone.
The staffing appears to follow an "alternative" model, and if they expect me to check myself in via an iPad I don't think that we need 3 of them hovering over us.

Parkplatzmöglichkeiten NULL am Hotel. Auto musste für 45 CHF ins Parkhaus. Koffer mussten reg ja weit getragen werden. Das Fußende des Bettes fast an der Wand.

The staff are very friendly, the location is perfect, the room very clean .
No minibar in the room but the staff managed my requirement by using reception fridge.
