It does not justify the cost as it's not a "real" 5 star hotel
Pros:

Very close to the sea. Good facilities including indoor pool for rainy days. Hotel restaurant has good food for dinner but it's relatively expensive

Cons:

Breakfast was average (no fresh fruits, no yogurt); Room cleaning service is only once per 3 nights; Driving to the city takes usually more than 40min due to traffic

Overall, it was a good stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was very weak and fell far below expectations, with very limited options. Also, only instant/ready coffee was free, and they even charged extra for a simple Americano.

Новые номера, хороший ремонт. Близко к морю, хороший бассейн

Cons:

Больше всего не понравилась уборка в номерах, точнее за 5 дней ее не было совсем, не раз вешали табличку просьба убраться в номере. Никакой смены полотенец, белья или пополнить запасы воды. Стройка через 10 метров, спасибо что начинали шуметь с 9 утра и вечером заканчивали. Персонал посредственный

Хороший отель, им нужно что- то решать с соседними заведениями на набережной, превышение всех децибел и нарушение порядк
Pros:

Понравился персонал и ресторан, очень вкусно. Достаточно комфортные номера и все максимально в наличии, халаты, тапочки и т.д.

Cons:

Причина по которой было максимально некомфортно, это очень громкая музыка с набережной, которая играла и до 12 и до 1 часа ночи, закрытые окна не помогают, и включенный телевизор тоже, если не ошибаюсь, заведение называется Эра, типа кафе-ресторан, музыка жуткая, низкопробный диджей, мне кажется, что отелю нужно что-то делать с этим заведением, потому что наша семья по этой причине скорей всего в данный отель не вернется.
Этот балаган с этой дискотекой на прямую влияет на имидж отеля, появляются вопросы звукоизоляции и т.д.

Отель на раз, возвращаться точно не буду!
Pros:

Понравилось расположение, близко к морю, хороший бассейн! Относительно чисто в номерах.

Cons:

Простой Апарт Отель точно не 5* . Было по два номера один на море другой на горы, дали два на горы! И сделали вид что не понимают наше возмущение! В номера за 3 дня ни разу не убрались, воду даже не принесли! Попросили на ресепшене воду и уборку) Дали на месте воду, типа сами несите в номер и уборку так и не произвели! Нам не нужна была уборка но полотенце нужно было обновить так как в Батуми ничего не сохнет ! Полотенцесушителя тоже нет в номере!

Decent hotel for a developing area, pleasant staff, let-down restaurant and consistency.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the beach and seems quite modern compared with other options in the area.

Good facilities like the indoor pool and sauna, towels available to rent for outdoor pool and beach. Lovely reception area and generally friendly and helpful staff.

Great to have a little stove top in the room.

Manager was helpful when navigating a change in date bookings.

Another gentleman on reception was super helpful with our bags, local recommendations and trying to get a taxi.

The clothes rack on the balcony is a great idea.

Excellent local dogs, 10/10 entertainment. Amazing views (past the construction sites).

Cons:

We had booked 4 studio rooms and the amenities in the rooms were different - one room had a heated rail and ironing board, a space to hang your coat and a mirror, others did not.

The heated rail was a bit dangerous, giving electric shocks once plugged in.

Our room did not get cleaned, even though we hung the sign on our door for two days in a row. Some items were missing (e.g. pillow case) and we had to ask a few times to receive them the following day.

The restaurant is a comedy show. At first I thought it was the fact that we don’t speak Georgian and there’s a language barrier, but the staff couldn’t seem to communicate with each other either. How does 1 coffee take 30 minutes? Breakfast is equivalent to about 10 euros pp/pd, coffee (that may or may not arrive) is charged separately, entirely disproportionate to the value of the breakfast experience, all in all.
