We loved the nice place. The owner and the staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel was just next to the beach. Great proximity to restaurants & shopping areas!

Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas. Muy buena limpieza y muy buena ubicación (pegado a la playa). Nos sorprendió gratamente el desayuno continental que nos prepararon; abundante y muy bueno.
No hay geles ni jabones de ducha; sería ideal si pudieran poner unos botes pequeños de gel y shampoo
Nuestra experiencia fue bastante mejorable. Reservamos una habitación en Booking donde indicaba claramente que tenía aire acondicionado, pero al llegar nos informaron de que la habitación estándar no incluía aire acondicionado y nos ofrecieron una habitación con ventilador. Recomendamos revisar bien este punto antes de reservar, ya que la información no coincidía con lo que aparecía en nuestra reserva.
Con ventilador se puede dormir una o dos noches, especialmente si abres las ventanas para que entre algo de aire, pero no lo recomendamos si viajas en épocas de mucho calor o para estancias más largas.
La habitación era sencilla y la cama doble estaba formada por dos colchones individuales juntos, algo que puede resultar incómodo por la separación en medio. Además, las sábanas y la funda de la almohada tenían bastante olor a humo, lo que hizo que la sensación de limpieza no fuera la esperada.
El baño, en cambio, era amplio y fue uno de los puntos positivos de la estancia.
El propietario no fue especialmente amable ni acogedor con nosotros, y la comunicación durante la estancia fue bastante incómoda.
Para una estancia corta de una o dos noches puede ser una opción aceptable por el precio, pero recomendamos confirmar antes que la habitación tenga realmente aire acondicionado si es algo importante para vosotros.
Das Hotel liegt ruhig und dennoch in Strandnähe. Die Zimmer (triple room) sind groß, gut aufgeteilt und sauber. Air condition ist auch sehr angenehm.
Alles ist ziemlich spartanisch. Im Bad gibt es keine Seife, es gibt auch keine Tassen oder einen Wasserkocher, keine Ablage am Bett, die Bettdecken sind symbolisch und bereits älter. Handtücher sind auch älter. Fruehstueck im Hotel ist zwar günstig, lohnt aber nicht.
Buena ubicación y buenos servicios, personal super disponible y cercano. Tienen restaurante, organizan transporte y tienen servicio de lavandería. Por el resto muy bien, zona tranquila pero muy cerca de bares/ tiendas/ restaurantes. Aire acondicionado y agua caliente.
Cuidado si les pedís que laven la ropa blanca, a nosotras nos la devolvieron algunas prendas con manchas de suavizante
La struttura si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, comoda, pulita e confortevole. L’accoglienza dello staff è stata impeccabile e ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta.
Amazing location, right on arugam beach! Room was a couple floors up so it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the humid evenings. The room also had a mini fridge which was really handy! Lovely owners, he helped us hire a scooter for the day at a really reasonable price.
Bathroom did have a funny smell at times but other than that nothing!
Het contact met de manager was erg fijn. Wij waren onze sleutel kwijtgeraakt en kregen direct een nieuwe. Ook was er een ontzettende lieve behulpzame man altijd op het terrein die ons ‘s avonds laat kon helpen.
Het was best donker in de kamer.
We had a wonderful stay here. We even extended for a further 4 nights. It’s such a good location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Very good value for money, located in a good spot near the beach. It’s cheap so it was very simple, but what you would expect for the price. Staff were very friendly and helped with all requests we asked. Had a good fridge which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise.
There was no top sheet on the bed, with just a blanket each provided. The hot water system for the shower can be a little difficult to work out, instructions on how it works could be helpful but if we had asked then they would’ve told us how. Again, for the price it was a good stay and what you expect.
I had a wonderful stay here. The owner and his team went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. Being just a short walk from the beach made it even better. Highly recommend!
