Pros:

This is a half-hotel half-apartment style hotel. There is a small and fairly well-equipped kitchen in the room, which was nice and saved us from looking for breakfast outside. The room was larger than most rooms in Tokyo, and in an excellent location near Ueno park and a very lively area of Yushima. The staff is always accessible and speaks English. The soaps in the shower are really high quality!

Cons:

After traveling all over Japan, the staff's attitude at this hotel felt quite cold and distant to us, despite their good English. It would be better if the round dining table in the middle of the room was lower to match the armchair seating. Drawers or a small cabinet would have been more helpful than the clothes rack.

Sauberes Zimmer mit Bad und separatem WC (Dusch-WC und Sitzheizung). Kleine Kuche und grosses Sofa. Nettes Personal und kostenloses Wasser und Café in der Lobby.

La chambre était propre et agréable, totalement en ligne avec la description. l'établissement est calme, nous y avons très bien dormi, et très bien situé, près d'une station de métro.

Great location for self contained travellers…
Pros:

The location was very good…. Close to train station and shops. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very knowledgeable about the area and ordered a taxi to take us the exact location we needed to be at! Great coffee shop just across the road where we became morning regulars. Having a small kitchen and laundry facilities in the room took the stress out of travelling….

三個人住房間空間算蠻足夠的，櫃檯人員24小時都在且服務很好👍每週五晚上有免費的酒可以自行取用！喝到了很好喝的梅酒

廚房裡各種餐具、廚具應有盡有，超乎預期！
廁所洗手台及浴室乾濕分離，有人在洗澡時也可以使用廁所，非常方便！
附近有便利商店，離地鐵湯島站步行不到5分鐘，離JR御徒町約10分鐘
生日當天經過lobby，工作人員還送小禮物，令人驚喜，真的很貼心！
