Great location
Pros:

Great location. The in room kitchenette had all the utensils and cooking equipment etc you would need and a toaster, microwave and hotplate. Washing machine in the room was great.

Cons:

4 stools for the table instead of 3 would have been great given the room was for 4 people. We would have loved to have the room vacuumed as we stayed 5 nights. Would be fine without if less nights

Modern apartment in very good location
Pros:

Very good location close to shopping, restaurants, several subway stations and Ueno zoo. It is a small apartment but all facilities are available. The staff is very helpful and speaks very good English.

Cons:

The apartment didn’t have an ordinary window and the apartment looks bigger in the photos,

Highly recommended, clean, and perfectly located
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, the area is very well-connected, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a park nearby. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, and it was great to enjoy a morning coffee in the lobby. I would gladly recommend this place to others.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that during a few days' stay, I really missed a real window and natural light, as the glass in this room category is milky (though it can be opened). To be fair, this information was transparently provided in the room description.
