El lugar no cuenta con las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad ni mantenimiento: el baño está destrozado, el WC casi no jala, la regadera no tiene presión para poder bañarse y la higiene es inexistente, sumado a los malos olores.
Por estas razones, tuvimos que abandonar el hotel tras la primera noche, perdiendo 2 de las 3 noches reservadas porque era imposible quedarse ahí. Es indignante que Booking sugiera este tipo de establecimientos sin ningún tipo de auditoría. Solicito la devolución del dinero de las noches que no nos hospedamos debido a este engaño. Cuento con evidencias fotográficas que respaldan el estado del lugar.
En general es una pésima opción de alojamiento, deja mucho qué pensar el cómo es posible que permitan anunciarse sin verificar que cuentan con lo mínimo indispensable.

Breakfast wasn't served. I requested a coffee the evening I arrived. Elizabeth, the cook, was kind enough to prepare it in the morning.
The hotel needs needs TLC. The lady at the reception will benefit from training.

The staff were very nice , despite we got there very late and they closed the gates. Nice rooms with great AC.
It needs a lot of maintenance and the food at the restaurant was not the best it was ok.
It is a very quiet and comfortable place with kind personnel. The facility was a coffee farm preserving some items and buildings from that time.
Rafting activities can be contracted with hotel staff.
In our room the WiFi cover was insufficient due to a repeater malfunction however for us it wasn't a problem because we love disconnecting from the city hustle and bustle.
