Super Lage und schöner entspannter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wir hatten uns das Frühstück aufs Zimemr leifern lassen, und waren überrascht, dass es wie vom Lieferanten in Kartons serviert wurde und nicht wie man es sonst kennt, auf Tellern auf einem Servicewagen, aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Chicken Adobo war eine gute Portion und sehr saftig und lecker, und die Tuna Tacos waren auch gut, beides empfehlenswert. Der Kaffee war eher geht so, aber der frisch gepresste Orangensaft war der Hamemr. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Man konnte gegenüber direkt in die SM Aura Mall und von dort fußläufig in nur 5 Gehminuten zum Market Market laufen und ebenfalls und dort war auch direkt die nächste kleinere Mall. Von dort aus konnte man über eine Kreisverkehr-Kreuzung direkt zur Bonifacio Highstreet gelangen, wo viele Shops und Cafes und Restaurants auf beiden Seiten waren. Also perfekte Lage für uns, da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und abends am nächsten Tag unseren Rückflug nach Deutschland angetreten sind. Übrigens hatten wir vom 20. Stock und 19. Stock aus eine super Aussicht über BGC.

Cons:

Dass man den Pool "nur" bis 22 Uhr abends besuchen konnte, das war schade, weil wir 18 Uhr abgereist sind und dann uns auf Dinnerspot-Suche waren und noch im Supermarkt gegenüber, sodass wir das zeitlich leider nicht mehr geschafft haben. Und in der Suite also im Zweibettzimmer hat es leider von der Decke getropft, wahrscheinlich von der Klimaanlage aus, denn dort wurde an der Ecke schon etwas geflickt, und gestrichen, das kontne man sehen, doch leider, hatte es wieder geleckt. Doch das war kein Problem für uns, und das ist nur Meckern auf höchstem Niveau - alles in allem waren wir sehr zufireden.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May-26.

Excellent place and exceptional service. From the first interaction to the minute I checked out, all staff was very warm and welcoming. HK was on-point. They accommodated my request for a late check out as well. Just Whatsapp for anything that is needed in room

Facilities are also top notch. They have a beautiful infinity pool at rooftop which is open from 6am and a 24hr gym in basement area. Very good if you have to leave early for work.

Smart TVs, Kitchen, Washing machine, fridge, microwave, Hair dryer, iron and board - all worked very well. Felt like home.

Fresh towels everyday, glass bottles of water

7/11 and smoking zone in same building

Mall with multiple dining options and large SM supermarket across the driveway

Good location for Grab deliveries

Rooftop lounge with excellent views

Would definitely return. They have a guest for life in me :)

Breakfast options are very limited - However it is open till 1pm and also pre-packed and delivered to room

Great location! Clean room and washing machine was a huge bonus.
Pros:

The room was great, the staff were very nice, and the shopping mall next door was really amazing. I felt very safe and really enjoyed my time. I will be staying here on future trips.

OK location, clean rooms, but security turned out to be a MAJOR issue here.
Pros:

Location is ok, a bit to the side of BGC, but,m as others have pointed out its next to a SM Mall, which is nice. Staff are friendly, but security was an issue.

Cons:

No safe in room, which became an issue because upon leaving the hotel, I found out that JPY (Japanese yen) 100,000, about $637 at current exchange rate, was missing from an envelope I had in my bag. Its really my fault for leaving it unlocked in my bag during my stay here, but was not expecting to be robbed at this hotel.
