Pros:

The environment is cool, quiet but not dangerous. If you order for food they won’t allow the delivery guys to enter the estate you have to use a designated estate riders to get your food at the gate get it delivered to you in your apartment

The staff I met during my stay are nice, humble and polite

The rooms aren’t bad but they are overpriced really over priced the bathroom of the 40k room I stayed looked like those in the 90s but not bad actually because the water heater is functioning they also have bedside extensions so you could charge your phone while resting

Cons:

The price is overpriced

Plus the 30k rooms are all downstairs and very close to the reception

Disregard for safety
Pros:

We couldn't even access the hotel because there was a ditch in front of the hotel and a narrow plank was placed across it for guests to use for entry there was no regard for health and safety. We turned back and went to another hotel to book a room.

I didn't get to see anything as it was not accessible.

Cons:

Toilet facility. There was no hot water, and the tap was bad
Also, the wash hand basin tap was bringing out water in a thread-like pattern. Despite my complaint for 2 days, nothing was done.

The management should supervise the cleaning of 6the rooms and toilet facilities. Refrigerator and cabinets (drawers) should be supervised to ensure they are well cleaned.

Also, management should do something about subscription bearing in mind that not all customers are yorubas or understand yoruba.. Subscription movie for just yoruba Channel is not fair. This was boring.
