After the confusing start, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect! Room was small, but cozy and clean. It would have helped if we have known beforehand that the hotel has place to leave your luggage. It was paid service, but easy to use.

Cons:

I would have appreciated clearer instructions to check in. We went first to wrong address, luckily some girls who have had the same problem helped us out. We thought we have to check-out, but the machine only gave option pay now. We tried to call but there was no answer.

Convenient and tidy, I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The location is amazing, near the castle and main square in Old Town. Loved the deep window sill, and the view of the alleyway - quintessential Gamla Stan! It’s all self service which overall worked well, and staff are available through an intercom for any questions. There’s an easy self service luggage storage room for our luggage to be stored (no additional charge) post check out allowing us to explore Stockholm during the day. This worked very well.

Cons:

It’s quite cramped as we were 3 of us and lots of luggage. There’s no kettle or fridge in the room, which would’ve been handy. It is not well sign posted, so can be a bit tricky to find. I also didn’t pay attention to the allocated room number on the self check in screen so had to contact staff to assist so we could find our room. They were very helpful so this wasn’t an issue.

Cons:

The room was very small. I think I was misled by the photos when I booked. The photos of the room I chose were not clear. The room was for 3 people, but it was not more than 10 m². It was not big enough for 3 people. We were not comfortable. My mother and father were not comfortable. Everything was very tight. I was disappointed.

Perfect base for exploring
Pros:

This property is in the most perfect location and waking up everyday to the sound of the nearby bells was just beautiful!! Highly recommend this place as a base for city exploring as it’s right in the main base of the old town. Very small but perfect for our trip.

Cons:

Getting into the property was hard to figure out but we got there in the end.

Tiny room, nowhere to put clothes or belongings, but fabulous location
Pros:

The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the Old Town. The staff were as helpful as they could be, based remotely and accessed via a call button and via email.

Cons:

The room was tiny. It was a family room and we had to have the second bed folded up the whole time otherwise there simply wouldn't have been any space to move around the room. We were there on business and there was nowhere to hang our formal clothes. We had to use the drawer under the bed that housed the kettle for putting our clothes as there was absolutely no other drawer space at all.

Location is a plus - difficult to get in touch with any staff.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Troubles with checking in. Room wasn’t ready for us, since a glitch in their system. Not any staff fault - but still disappointing we had to wait additional 30min before it was solved. Was asked by the cleaning staff to check out earlier than 12:00 on the day of checkout.
