The location of this hotel is good, stuff is friendly, especially want to highlight ms Gulizar- she was cleaning our room perfectly - was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed, breakfast in the hotel is also really good

Well, first of all, want to say that there wasn’t any soundproofing facility, despite it was one of the characteristics of the room I was choosing, when I asked about this problem administration- they said that it’s like this in whole hotel rooms and they can’t help us unfortunately,
Secondly, the room was represented as ~ 20-25 m2 in size, and the beds were big in photos, however when we came there was not true any of this information, not the size of room made a sense of 20-25 m2 and beds were too small compared to pictures in this app, I also asked about this - they said they can’t help it is 20-25 want we this or not

You know it would not be a problem if just they would be honest with information they are providing, but the things that written in booking and reality didn’t match in things that I mentioned

And in top of this when we asked for bottles of water , we got answer that only 2 bottles are included in free price of room per day, and more than this is for money, I got shocked in this moment, we have been in many hotels but we deal this case first time

We loved the hotel and staff were super froendly helpful and nothibg was too much to ask. We were greeted by a young menber of staff who was extrenely polite and brought our belongings up to pir uograded top floor suite whoch was a lovely surprise. Food beauroful, var staff helpful and accommodating, reception staff extrenely friendly, pool was beautiful. We

We disnt get to stay longer and we disnt get chance to eat at the restaurant but plan to next time as the foos we saw from another customer looked delicious

Immer wieder und Nähe von Cavhir Mall und zwei Haltestellen zu Taksim mit M2

Die Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit besonders Yunus und Melin. Das Frühstück war vielfältige Angebote. Das Zimmer war sauber und Personal dafür war gut.

Il manquait 1 lit dans ma réservation il me dit que la surface réservée correspond et qu'il ne peut rien faire jusqu'à ce que je hausse le ton et qu'il me rajoute un lit d'appoint.

Hôtel médiocre, vraiment indigne d’un 5*, je ne le recommande pas et je ne le consulterai plus pour mes prochains séjour

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement prêt des commodités

Cons:

En dehors de l’emplacement, ça n’a rien d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, un 3etoile A pourra bien correspondre au niveau de service et de restauration.
1/ plusieurs coupure électriques, on nous a guidé du restaurant vers l’extérieur de l’hôtel sans excuses ni explications
2/ le petit déjeuner : très maigre, un café espresso est considéré comme supplément 3€!!!, viennoiserie indigne d’un hôtel non classé, le personnel de restauration est très crispé, les n te donne l’impression que tu n’est pas le bien venu
3/ l’entrée de l’hôtel ne donne pas l’impression d’un hôtel 5*, le taxi ne peut pas se garer devant l’entrée mesquine
4/ dans les chambres, on nous donne un gobelet pour préparer un thé ou n café
5/ service de chambre médiocre….
