Pros:

Posizione bella, vista notevole; colazione nella media; in generale troppe mosche e vespe sia a colazione sia a cena (sia pizza sia specialità svizzere!). Personale cordiale e attento. Insospettabile l'area benessere (SPA) veramente piacevole e tranquillissima (quasi sempre eravamo soli in tutta l'area).

Cons:

Sarebbe ormai utile avere condizionatori in stanza. Presenza eccessiva di insetti nell'area ristorante. SPA bella ma scomoda da raggiungere: bisogna attraversare la strada statale in accappatoio e costume!

Sehr nette Leute, Wellness über der Strasse, feines Frühstück und auch Essen
Pros:

Es sind alle sehr nett. Das Frühstück war prima, alles da und Ei bzw. Rührei bekam man auch! Das Hallenbad ist klein aber ok für den morgendlichen Schwimm, halt über der Strasse. Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Essen war ebenfalls super.

Cons:

Wir hatten einfach das Standart Zimmer -auf unseren Wunsch- hinten raus, wegen der Durchgangasstrasse. Dieses Zimmer war sehr alt und sehr klein. Auf Anfrage, hätten wir ein besseres vorne heraus bekommen können, das wollte mein Mann dann doch nicht. Es hat keinen Lift. Ich fand 190,-- Fr pro Nacht für dieses Zi. zu hoch. Aber man hat uns was besseres angeboten und wir lehnten wegen dem Verkehr ab.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang / Bedienung vom Checkin über Abendessen/ Frühstück bis zum Check-Out. Man fühlt sich als wäre man ein Teil der Familie oder ein besonderer Gast obwohl wir das erste mal Gast sein durften.

Great wellness hotel in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff and good restaurant.
Pros:

Clean and large room. Great spa with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and outdoor sun garden. Great restaurant. Staff incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. Perhaps a little expensive.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good with large selection of food

Cons:

The SPA is relaxing, but in reality smaller than expected. In addition you have to cross the road to get from the hotel to the SPA area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Günstige Lage für Wanderungen od. diverse Alpenpässe mit Velo/Bike.
Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant fanden wir sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Die Betten waren bequem. Trotz hoher sommerlicher Aussentemperaturen war die Temperatur in unserem Zimmer angenehm, vermutlich wegen den dicken Mauern.

Cons:

Durch die Lage direkt an der Strasse ist es manchmal etwas laut. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten und so war es für uns kein grosses Problem.
