Good place to stay with reasonable prices
Pros:

Spent my last night in Sri Lanka at this guesthouse. Beachfront location, nice pool, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Older property but seemed well maintained. Rooms clean and had a mini fridge.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

it was a very nice hotel. Location was good. Beach-front. the staff were friendly and co-operative. Rooms were spacious enough, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom had running hot water. Breakfast was good. There swimming pool was also great. Value for money hotel. We had nothing to complain about. If we ever re-visit Negombo, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Direkt am Meer mit Pool
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt am Meer mit Pool.
Fußläufig alle Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wir waren 2x in dieser Unterkunft. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Pros:

L’accueil de la dame qui est venue à notre rencontre dès notre arrivée : absolument adorable. Nos hôtes étaient exceptionnels et très gentils, au petit soin après notre vol de quasi 12h et la fatigue accumulée.
La piscine était super propre et hyper appréciable, les repas excellents et gargantuesques, on a adoré ces premiers repas Sri Lankais. La plage est juste devant l’établissement : c’est hyper appréciable et magnifique au couché du soleil.

Cons:

Rien tout était top.
Une petit déception malgré tout mais non lié à l’établissement en lui même : la plage qui est juste devant, n’avait pas été nettoyée par les autorités et donc nous n’avons pas vraiment pu en profiter, mais encore une fois cela n’est en aucun cas lié à l’établissement.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, leckeres frisch zubereitetes Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen. Die Lage am Meer ist schön, der Pool sauber. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Airport für einen Ankommensstopp war es perfekt.

Cons:

Wegen Regenzeit, hoher Wellen und Treibgut war das Meer aktuell wirklich nicht zum Baden geeignet, was wir allerdings schon vorher gelesen hatten.
Die Standards an Sauberkeit pingeliger Deutscher würde es wahrscheinlich nicht erfüllen.
In unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage etwas laut bzw. hat Vibrationen und damit ein leichtes Brummen verursacht. Mit Oropax ließ es sich dennoch gut schlafen.

Great location. Great staff
Pros:

We spent a relaxing 3 nights at the end of our trip. Staff were exceptional. Great beach side restaurants. We especially enjoyed the one to the left of the resort when looking at the ocean. It is a very small restaurant run by a family. Food there was excellent and the service personable.
