Personnel agréable
La première chambre était sale et dégageait des odeurs nauséabondes. Les taies d’oreillers étaient trouées et tachées. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre pour en retrouver une autre tout aussi sale, même si elle ne présentait pas d’odeurs particulières. Nous avons notamment découvert une crotte de nez avec un poil collé au mur… Un manque d’hygiène vraiment regrettable.
Nous étions seulement trois clients dans l’hôtel. Il aurait été appréciable que l’établissement fasse un minimum attention à la propreté et au confort de ses clients.
Des travaux étaient également en cours dans l’établissement. Nous souhaitions simplement nous reposer et profiter du soleil avant notre départ, mais le bruit des travaux et la présence de nombreux ouvriers ont rendu ce moment peu agréable.
Enfin, aucun sèche-cheveux ni produits de douche n’étaient mis à disposition, à l’exception d’un petit savon pour les mains.
Nous sommes très déçues de cette expérience. Entre le manque de propreté, les nuisances sonores et le manque d’équipements, le séjour n’a vraiment pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Hotel jest bardzo prosty i skromny, ale wygodny. Nasz ostateczny pokój był dość mały, ale całkiem wygodny. Bardzo ładny basen z pięknym widokiem na plażę. Miła i pomocna obsługa. W najbliższym otoczeniu dużo restauracji, marketów i sklepów z pamiątkami. Sama plaża nie jest zbyt czysta, ale nie ma tragedii.
W pierwszym momencie dostaliśmy tragiczny pokój - śmierdzący płynem o toalet. Przy włączonej kliemtyzacji cała ściana wibrowała razem z metalowym siłownikiem od drzwi balkonowych - hałas nie do wytrzymania. Po wyłączeniu klimatyzacji woda zaczęła się z niej lać strumieniem po lustrze. Zgłosiliśmy to i od razu zmieniono nam pokój. W nowym już wszystko było w porządku.
Śniadania - do wyboru na słono lub na słodko. Smaczne ale niezbyt obfite, ciężko było się najeść.

Estaba en frente del mar, la piscina era bonita y el personal muy amable. La ubicación también está cerca de todo.

The hotel is located in the Negombo area, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Colombo Airport. The staff were pleasant; our room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. We could borrow pool towels at the reception. The pool wasn't very deep, but it was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was tasty—classic fare like eggs and sausages, or sweet options. The rooms were cozy, and the air conditioning worked well. Construction work had just started on the ground floor at 8 a.m., but that didn't bother us since we were usually by the pool, at the beach, or out for walks. Overall, I recommend the hotel; it offers good value for the price. :D :D

Rooms were musty. As were pillows.
A booked for two nights and end up staying 3night the accommodation location the stuff the food are excellent. I enjoy my stay there so much. I didn’t wanted leave.

Me gustó como hotel de primera noche. Para dejar las cosas después del vuelo, primera ducha, descansar un poco y ya para irnos.
Las instalaciones estaban un poco descuidadas. No en plan muy mal, pero se notaba que es temporada baja y creemos que la limpieza de la habitación podía estar más esmerada y el mantenimiento también.

La piscina è molto confortevole quando non si più fare il bagno al mare e i teli per i lettini sono a disposizione in reception.
Il ristorante offre una buona scelta, colazione varia.

ORRIBILE!! Hotel sporco, puzzone! Le foto non corrispondo assolutamente alla realtà, le avranno fatte 20 anni appena hanno aperto! Il mare di fronte è orribile pieno di corvi, topi e sporcizia, infatti rispecchia a pieno l’hotel! ESPERIENZA ORRIBILE!!!!
Non c’era una cosa che andava bene!
Struttura super datata, personale folle e assurdo!
La camera era sporca, piena di ragnatele, muffa e umidità, tanto che non si riusciva a stare in camera per dormire, ho chiesto gentilmente di poter cambiare camera e un signore del personale mi ha sbeffeggiato dicendo che avrei dovuto tenere l’aria condizionata a 16 per il ricircolo dell’aria, cose da pazzi, calcolando anche che l’hotel era deserto e poteva benissimo cambiare stanza, ma a questo punto deduco che fossero tutte così! Che schifo!
Lenzuola sporche e piene di insetti che la notte non ti fanno dormire!! Fortunatamente ho fatto solo una notte e ho disdetto la seconda!
Per non parlare del fatto che la mia stanza era direttamente nella hall e si sentiva tutto visto che lo staff sta fino a tardi a vedere la tv e addirittura dorme sui tavoli dove poi si mangia !!
Lovely people. Great suite with a super comfy bed. I everyone is so helpful and attentive. Walk straight onto the beach and choose to swim in the sea or the pool. Food is great too.
