The room itself was spacious, appeared remodeled, and overall looked clean.

Cons:

Customer service was disappointing. During check-in, the receptionist was constantly on the phone and seemed distracted. We were initially given the wrong room, and when it was corrected there was no acknowledgment or apology, only new keys handed over.
There were also issues with parking and very little assistance from staff. Almost every interaction felt like we were bothering them.
The room also had maintenance issues, including a leaking faucet and loose electrical/outlet fixtures that made the remodel feel incomplete and poorly maintained.
