Fantastisch ontvangst aan de receptie!!
Pros:

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel aangezien we net “zonder hotel” kwamen te staan!
Hebben ons heel goed geholpen en zelfs eerst nog met oorspronkelijke hotel trachten contact op te nemen.

Cons:

Het eten was minder goed.

Molto carino e comodo, perfetta prima o ultima tappa in Costa Rica. Camera spaziosa e pulita e staff gentile.

Cons:

Purtroppo il ristorante non è un granché, né la cena né la colazione ci sono piaciute. A cena il Casado era minimo con pochissime cose e 2 su 4 erano bruciate.

Awesome!
Pros:

It was a beautiful property and the dining area was very lovely. The breakfast was also delicious! The concierge was also able to accommodate our very late arrival due to a significant flight delay and he was so cheerful, even at 2am. The staff the next day also helped us to get our rental car given that the car company was closed when we had landed. Our shuttle driver was extremely friendly and jovial, sharing with us his knowledge of the area.
