Pros:

Absolutely stunning views of the mountains and the city — worth staying here for the view alone! The rooms are very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Pros:

Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. The garden is absolutely stunning, with many different species of birds to spot. Delicious food, a lovely pool, billiards, and very friendly staff. I would definitely love to come back!

Pros:

Great location with easy access to airport,starbucks hacienda coffee farm and Vulcan Poas. Nice pool. Great views. Comfortable room.

Lovely Boutique hotel with lovely staff and great views
Pros:

Good sized room with a lovely balcony view over San José. Breakfast was nice and the staff an the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Briefly used the pool which was smallish but just fine for a cooling-off dip. For us this was the book-ed hotel in a long coast to coast road-trip across Costa Rica, so we needed to end up near the airport, but I'm very glad I booked this hotel vs a large characterless chain hotel nearer the airport. Plus it was only a 15-20m drive to the Airport the morning we left.

Cons:

Minor issue: Our room's ceiling fan could have been a bit larger and bit more effective. It was OK, but a bit small-ish for the size of room so wasn't amazingly effective at cooling off all sleepers.

Fantastisch ontvangst aan de receptie!!
Pros:

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel aangezien we net “zonder hotel” kwamen te staan!
Hebben ons heel goed geholpen en zelfs eerst nog met oorspronkelijke hotel trachten contact op te nemen.

Cons:

Het eten was minder goed.
