Cons:

In disgraceful state of disrepair, dirty, staff not friendly. Advertise a bar which doesn't open. Limited hot water, need to get up early to have a hot shower. Balcony tiles were so dirty if you went out there bare footed your feet turned black. Doors hanging off cabinetry, mouldy grout in the bathroom.

Top séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité de la plage de Da Nang. La propreté était impeccable, rien à redire à ce niveau. Le petit-déjeuner était également très complet et varié, avec un large choix de plats européens et asiatiques : il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts.

Dans l’ensemble, le personnel de la réception était agréable et serviable. Nous avons toutefois eu une expérience un peu moins positive avec une réceptionniste. À notre arrivée, la chambre proposée n’était pas adaptée à notre réservation : les couchages étaient prévus pour 3 personnes alors que nous étions 5. Le changement de chambre a été un peu compliqué à organiser avec elle. Au moment du départ, cette même personne nous a également demandé de payer pour une serviette qui avait simplement du sable en dessous (nous avions d’ailleurs pris une photo). Nous n’avons pas souhaité discuter davantage, car le reste du séjour s’était très bien passé.

Malgré ce petit désagrément, nous gardons une très bonne impression de l’hôtel. Très bon emplacement, chambres propres, excellent petit-déjeuner et, dans l’ensemble, une équipe accueillante. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour à Da Nang. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
