Good location
Pros:

Located right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, it's just a few steps to the beach. The area is vibrant at night with many great seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel also helped us rent a motorbike quickly at a fair price.

My favorite part was the king-sized, plush bed, which ensured a deep and restful sleep. The linens and pillows were clean with a pleasant, subtle scent. The room's soundproofing is excellent, keeping out any hallway noise

Pros:

Besides the pool, I really enjoyed the hotel's gym area; the equipment is new and very clean. After working out, relaxing at the rooftop pool with the view was wonderful. Staff in all areas were consistently welcoming. Every service was well-executed.

Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile e utile

Cons:

La freddezza in generale alla reception, la colazione poco internazionale, il bagno è da rivedere (muffa nella doccia).
Tessuti dei cuscini che fanno sudare.
Prima di andar via, abbiamo trovato una piccola blatta in bagno.
Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle.

Staff behaved unprofessionally—we booked two rooms for a family of five, but got separated by 4 floors. Our room constantly had roaches come up on several occasions, the elevators (that were especially limited) always held an unpleasant odor, the mats were dirty, and about every part of the building displayed poor cleaning services of the hotel. Additionally, we requested to exchange a certain amount of cash to the staff, and were directed unprofessionally to an ATM machine instead.
