Klima çalışmıyordu, duş gideri tıkalı, tuvalet musluğu patlak kahvaltı çok çok kötü. Bakınca bile pis olduğu anlaşılıyor. Odaya koydukları dandik granül kahveyi dahi yenilemediler sağolsunlar 2 su koymuşlardı. Çok konforsuz bir konaklamaydı. Faturamızı da alamadık kesmeyi bilmiyorlarmış! Uzak durun
The room was large & cleaned every day and the staff are so cooperating specially the manager and the reception guys.
The massage center is not available always and it’s price is not encourage
The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very supportive and non-disturbing. The room was cleaned and made up every day while we return. Breakfast was above average. Overall worth for the cost.

We checked in and were immediately asked to pay extra money for early checkout, even before we’d stayed a full day. On our 2nd day, 5-6 people cornered us in a room, some claiming to be police and others hotel staff. They aggressively forced us to record a video “accepting money back”. We only saw one real hotel staff member the whole time.
We asked for the refund to go back to our card with proper documentation. They refused, got more aggressive, and kept pressuring us. It happened again the next morning. We felt threatened and unsafe in our own room.
We checked out and left the hotel on our 2nd day out of fear for our safety and security. This place is shady, unprofessional, and run by people who act like they’re all connected.

We requested early checkin and paid extra money to them. It was no problem for us. But when we came back to hotel there was a group of people who cornered us to a room aggressively and asked us to record a video accepting money from them. Some of them claimed to be police. They said it was a mistake and want to give money back and wants us to record accepting money. When we said to put that money into card with documentation, they were very adamant to take the money. There were around 5 to 6 people who claimed to be hotel staff but only one was hotel staff with uniform.
We said we are not comfortable taking money like this. So please stop. But same thing repeated the next morning, hence we asked them to stop it. However they kept going at it and we let them know we are checking out and we left the hotel at the second day which is 17th may. But till today we didn't get our money back.

My beddings were a little small

1. Завтрак очень разочаровал. Промасленный омлет и жженый кофе это все что мы получили.
2. Кондиционер не работал, в номере было очень душно. Мы обращались на ресепшен, но там получили лишь какие-то отговорки.
3. Вместо одной Кинг-сайз кровати в номере были две односпальные сдвинутые кровати. Никакого объединяющего матраса сверху не было, поэтому я всю ночь скатывалась в лунку между ними :/
Кроме того одеяло было очень маленькое и только после трехкратной просьбы нам наконец принесли еще одно.
Крайне не рекомендую этот отель.

Hodnoceni 9 jsem dal kvuli dle meho gusta slabsi snidani. Jinak by to byla 10.
Központi helyen található nagyon kényelmes szállás és tiszta szállás. Metrótól pár perc és a Hayder Alijev Centertől is kényelmes sétatávolságra van. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, recepciós hölgy nagyon felkészült és kedves volt. Továbbá jól felszerelt étterme van, minden felmerülő étkezési igényre fel vannak készülve. Az éttermi személyzet nagyon figyelmes és segítőkész volt, európai szemmel igazán szokatlan volt ez a fokú vendégszeretet. A tisztaság első rangú, a higiénia nagyon komolyan volt véve. Igazán ritka, de még meg is kérdezték tőlünk, hogy meg vagyunk-e elégedve és a takarítással és szükségünk van-e még valamire. A szoba tágas és felszerelt, kávé, tea, palackozott ásványvíz mindig ingyenes elérhető volt a szobában. Nem volt lehetőségünk sok időt az országban tölteni, legközelebbi látogatásunk során biztosan ide jövünk majd.
