Endroit magnifique, dans une nature merveilleuse.
Pros:

L’emplacement. L’hôtel en rondins de bois. Les sentiers dans la nature.

Cons:

Notre chambre en sous-sol, très sombre. Quel dommage!

keine Klimaanlage bei den Sommertemperaturen in Betrieb (Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet); Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen; Holzböden auf der Terrasse etc. bereits durchgebrochen und nicht wieder instandgesetzt; Pool frei nutzbar; Nutzung Spar (Sauna etc.) nur mit Aufzahlung; Nutzungszeiten Kanu vor allem am Abend eingeschränkt; guter Gelsenspray absolut wichtig

Beautiful location, needs works: overrated
Pros:

Wonderful location, impressive building, nice room and balcony. Easily accessible when there's no snow or ice. Staff generally polite and attentive.

Cons:

Sauna facilities are outdated and in bad shape, steam sauna is badly maintained (there were pools of water indicating absence of cleaning), pools have too much clore, deep drying the skin; cleaning is seldom made everywhere (there was a light accident with a customer and blood stains were left on pavement where customers walk for hours); toilettes were not (any of them) functioning - IMHO the sauna/spa should not have opened in such dire state, less even customers being charged; breakfast is bad, overrated, no cheese, no viennoiseries, no local food... too ordinary for such a magnificent setting, alike to 2 star chain hotel cheap food, but totally overpriced (customers should not feel trapped by hosts and should be offered à la carte reasonably priced like grilled cheese, etc). The hotel needs a customer perspective review urgently. Natural beauty does not sell itself. There's need of huge improving and the notion of value-adding to client, especially considering Quebec offers so many alternatives. Some benchmarking: urgently needed (quality & prices).

Ne pas prendre la réservation avec booking

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié la réservation via booking. Le rabais ne valait pas la peine. Les gens qui ont pris le forfait via le site avait tous des coupons pour le restaurant ainsi que le spa fourni. La chambre est belle mais ca ne vaut pas ce que nous avons payé.
Je suis très déçu de l'application Booking. Je ne recommande pas.

Première et dernière fois pour moi!! J’aurais pu louer un chalet tout équipé avec foyer pour moins cher!

L’hôtel est vraiment beau, la vue, les terrasses, la nature et le personnel étaient wow!!

Cons:

Tout est conçu pour t’obliger à débourser, pas de frigo dans les chambres, une Keurig et un bac à glace seulement!
Jusqu’au portier qui bloque l’ascenseur pour contrôler les arrivées et départs des chariots, obligeant les clients à passer par lui quand la majorité n’ont pas besoin d’aide!
Notre bain a bloqué, j’ai sorti une grosse motte de cheveux dedans et le plombier a quand même dû passer à notre chambre!
Matelas très dur, un seul fauteuil pour un couple dans la chambre!
Le spa beaucoup trop petit pour la quantité de gens, le bain vapeur qui devait être à l’eucalyptus en fait ne sentait rien du tout…
De l’argent durement gagnée jeté par la fenêtre, ça ne vaut vraiment pas ce que nous avons déboursé!!!
Plus de 1 000$ pour 2 nuits, 1 souper et 2 entrées au spa.

Will not be coming back
Pros:

The lake, location

Cons:

No fridge in the room, lobby fireplace out of order, fish at dinner undercooked, no facial or massage available. Wanted to book at time of reservation, but was told to do so upon arrival! Asked for compensation-to use hot tub for 1 he at no change and was flatly REFUSED!

Séjour de luxe avec confort et originalité
Pros:

Le confort, la tranquillité et le calme vu le lieu isolé, les services impeccables, les repas excellents en lien avec les prix.
Cet hôtel est très original, unique; il est immense, tout en bois, rustique.

Cons:

Par hasard à ce moment, quelques toilettes publiques n'étaient pas en fonction.
Et comme nous sommes de Québec, hôtel au Québec, quelques communications étaient faites en anglais avec moi, alors que la langue officielle est le français.
