1 night stay recommend but wouldn't stay more
Pros:

Staff was excellent, manager very understanding. Again descriptions towards Booking.com didn't match ,so I advised to check again the definition of the expectation of the word terrace

Cons:

The terrace was not really a terrace, view towards residential flats and more only a smoking area

Hotel muy cómodo, limpio, y bien ubicado para zona turística
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias con cómodas camas. Buena ubicación para moverse a pie por las zonas turísticas. Muy amable atención de todo el personal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay there again
Pros:

Very clean and a great place to be to explore Barcelona. Good shower and very comfortable bed.
The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just would have liked to have had more room to hang clothes.
The terrace was difficult to access for seniors.

Pros:

I had the worst vertigo attack in my life during my stay in this hotel and they helped me getting my meds from pharmacy, helped me get food from little grocery store next door, room service checked my well being every couple of hours. I can not recommend enough the level of hospitality.

Amazing staff. Especially Kenia in the reception and Fatima from housekeeping. Always a big smile

Pros:

Location was Great, really closed to metro, room is wide,compared to other rooms in neighborhood location. The staff was very helpful. She helped us get taxi to cruise port, which could save us money and time (not have to pay Freenow App which will cost us more money)

Cons:

There was some hair on the carpet the day we arrived, and I had to manage to get rid of them. Also complementary water was only for day1, which I recommend you put complementary water everyday instead. It doesn't cost much, but good for customer, who arrived from travel and found out that they had to go out again and try to find place to buy water.
