Pros:

Buffet breakfast

Cons:

Room is small. I felt congested.
Parking. They have minimal. Car parked behind me blocked my car. And I had to rely on uber to go to places. Hotel service guy did not know whose car it is. And was struggling. Even after checkout also I had to wait there for more than half an hour to takeout my car. Mainly they don't know whose car and inefficient staff to solve it. This is regarding parking in the basement.

Good hotel but the staff could be more responsive.
Pros:

Breakfast and meals at other times in the restaurant were excellent. Location was perfect for the palace.

Cons:

When we arrived, the bedding had hair and stains in it but was changed when staff at reception were informed twice. Additional mattress requested at the time of booking was also only put in after requesting again. The toilet flush was not working very well but unfortunately could not be fixed. Mr Mahesh at the reception was the only gentleman who responded promptly to the issue raised above. Thank you Mr Mahesh!

This is a wonderful place - central, safe, comfortable, delicious, and with kind staff.
Pros:

The restaurant was fantastic and very affordable. Overall, I thought the stay was wonderful. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel's central location made it possible to walk to many places such as the Palace and Devaraja Market. The staff was generous with assistance with booking transportation.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, though the bedsheets were stained. Nevertheless, it was safe and fine. The car bookings arranged with professionalism and kindness by the front desk staff were on the expensive side, but truly helpful nonetheless.

A friendly hotel in a central location.
Pros:

A small and friendly hoteln in central location for visiting Mysore. For the price the room was very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Above all staff and service are exceptional - friendly and really helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Mysore.
