Excellent for family trips
Pros:

We had an excellent experience staying at Hotel Lok Sagar from June 26th to 28th. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was highly positive. We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were attentive, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Every request was handled promptly, making our time there completely hassle-free. Thank you to the management and team for providing such high-quality service. We would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

Location is good, some staff were courteous. Check in and checkout were seamless.

Cons:

The towels were old. There was a telephone for the cleaning staff right outside the room which rang constantly throughout the day due to which one could not sleep in. When we asked to change the room, we were told that all rooms were close to that telephone and so this noise will be experienced everywhere. After some arguments, next morning we were told that there is a room available which is far from the telephone. Meaning they were lying the day before. When we changed the room, late in night, we found that the bathroom exhaust was not working. There wasn't any hot water too. We left the next morning.

Not a satiafying stay, only advantage is location.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
The location and the room ambience

Cons:

They charged for below 10 years kids. Which was almost equivalent to the more than half of the room rent.
The house keeping is very bad and the jouse keeping personnel are very arrogant.
Limted choices in breakfast.
