Pros:

Отличное расположение квартиры, все необходимое рядом. Комната современная. Завтраки очень вкусные. Под домом есть небольшой магазинчик и старбакс находится прямо в отеле. Имейте ввиду к вечеру там в основном все уже распродано. Тапки в номере есть.

Cons:

Все предметы типо зубных щеток, ушных палочек, итд нужно просить через телефон и они предоставляют по запросу. На полу были чужие волосы и видно что хоть комната опрятная - убирались быстро. Если вам «повезет» и вас заселят в «улучшенный номер» (нам номер дали лучше хотя мы брали такой же) с видом на дорогу то трамвай вас будет сильно беспокоить потому что его очень сильно слышно на 4м этаже. И самое главное, (не влияет на мое впечатление потому что это я выбрал) комната которая 15м2 на двоих очень маленькая. Есть место буквально только для одного чемодана и куда поставить 1 сумку. Мы были там всего сутки с двумя чемоданами но это было довольно не комфортно. Наши вещи буквально лежали на кровати потому что их некуда было класть. Стола письменного нет, там просто стул без спинки который у тумбы для телевизора. Но опять же это не вина отеля а наша поэтому смотрите внимательно что выбираете. Транспорт отеля стоит около 60€ в одну сторону, я считаю это очень дорого. Другие компании даже от booking предлагают цены дешевле.

Отличное местоположение отеля. До основных достопримечательностей 10-15 минут. В отеле превосходный завтрак, большой выбор блюд. Номера новые, идеальная чистота. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества.

Чудовий готель, точно ще повернемося!
Pros:

Зручне розташування, поруч зупинка трамваю, піша доступність до памʼяток. Персонал дуже уважний, привітний, завжди допомагали та давали рекомендації щодо закладів та транспорту. Сніданок хороший, великий вибір всього. Є сауна та хаммам. Сподобалося що є кавʼярня одразу на першому поверсі. Номери чисті, постійно прибирають, перепитують чи потрібно щось додатково.

Не сподобалось лише комунікація самого booking.com.
До готелю немає жодних зауважень

Pros:

The property is modern and clean.
The location is wonderful. A 10-15 minute walk to the SultanAhmet or a few minutes to a tram stop.
The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and fresh. Housekeeping did a great job each day.

Cons:

We booked two rooms and there was a huge difference in size. One room was very much smaller including the bathroom.
The breakfast was okay- not a huge variety.

Our stay at the hotel was truly pleasant, and we would gladly return again. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help at any moment. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, while the housekeeping staff changed the bed linen and towels every day, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We had breakfast included, and it was very diverse and absolutely delicious, with a great selection of food for everyone’s taste.
We would especially like to praise the entire hotel staff for their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Everything was excellent – the hotel itself, the cleanliness, and especially the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and transport, which made exploring the area very easy and convenient. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely come back again!
